Hi I Just write the issue, I have noticed that I use to check “Hide featured image on post page” on the video post. I have posted 150 videos like this without any problems before the last update. Now if I click “Hide featured image on post page” the video do not show on the post…. Do i have to uncheck “hide featured…” manually of my last 150 videos post to solve this????

I bought the the about 7 days ago and built the site in 3monkeysbd.com/hp this site,,, Now I want to move it to smartsocialgroup.com this site… I used ALL IN ONE WP MIGRATION and all other plugins and downloaded the backup then tried to IMPORT the backup file in here smartsocialgroup.com … BUT EACH TIME IT FAILS AFTER SOME PERCENTAGE… Please suggest me a way to solve it.. Regarding site migration. We never encountered such issue with All in One WP Migration.. Maybe try using plugins like WordPress Duplicator: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ – it’s not as sophisticated and works a bit differently, so it may do the trick.

but i ‘ve tow strange problem :
- on safari and chrome, my revslider doesn’t appear all the time but if i inspect the element, the caode are there. i use a slider with navigation.
- on safari, several time (but ll the time), i have an white (opacity 80%) overlay. if i disable the visual composer fadein animation, the overlay disapear.
could you help me ? Actually, it’s an emergency, beacause i have to put the site online on this week.

I have a website that I have built but have been using a different theme for several years. Before I decide about switching I need to know the following: 1. Will I loose all my content? 2. How much am I going to have to reformat my webpage? 3. Will it just be minor reformatting or a complete redo?

What’s the deal with the database update? I have over 20 the7 sites and it’s inconvenient to have to do this manually on each site. Is there a way to automate it?
I don’t remember ever having to do this before. What’s the issue? Is it a problem if it’s not done?

Make a DB backup and there’s nothing to wary about. It’s the same mechanism WooCommerce uses when you perform updates.
We’ve changed Fancy Headers logic and interface quite a bit. And instead of writing lots of if – code, we’re simply reformatting DB a bit.
P.S. I rare cases you may need to purge caching plugin caches when the update precess is over.
Could I make a suggestion to your dev team? Incorporate the db update with a theme update. I do all the theme (and plugin) updates I can remotely via a good plugin called mainwp. If I have the7 license codes in the theme then mainwp will recognize the need for a theme update and do it for me. What I’m seeing with the last update is that every site then requires me to manually log in and update the db. Not fun with 25 sites that use the7!

It’s actually a topic of hot discussions within our team: programmer refuses to implement automatic DB updates because “if something goes wrong we did not give a proper warning so that users could backup”. I’ll forward your feedback to our team nonetheless.
BTW, when you update sites with mainwp which have WooCommerce installed, does it update DB automatically? If so, maybe we can learn from its code..

HTML doesn’t work in header widgets. I need to add button in the menu header bar and I am using VC shortcodes to add the button. Though it shows the button in the menu header but the link is not working, showing #, also custom colors are also not working. I guess it happened with the latest theme release. Please help with the solution.
