I have purchased this theme via my company account.
So my problem is I can’t change the project gallery of each project. The links are blank and don’t do anything.

you will have to translate the theme and LSVR Toolkit plugin to your language. Either via 3rd party plugin like Loco Translate or via POedit app (recommended).

Try to enable debug mode on your WP installation, it should display the error message.

Ok, I see what is the problem. You actually haven’t updated the theme itself. You are using VERY outdated version. Please backup your site and update.
You can disable the WP debug mode.
Yet when I buy the theme not long ago, the theme was updated
my last version for Blue Collar is Version 1.4.9
Of course it was updated when you bought it. Because when you did bought it and installed it then you had the latest version. You are using version 1.0.9, the latest version is now 1.4.9. Your version is two years old.
I am not able to help you with any issues unless you are running the latest version, so again, please backup your site and update the theme.

I see. Are you 100% sure you are editing the right admin? Because when I check style.css file of your accord-assistance.fr site (which contains all theme info) then there is a clear info that it runs 1.0.9 version of the theme.

I am sorry, but I am unable to provide a support without purchase verification. The thing is that since you don’t have the theme under your account, you are not even able to update the theme and I won’t be able to help you unless you are running the latest version of the theme (1.4.8) anyway. Using a theme purchased by a 3rd party is just a very bad idea.

Sure, you need to have the theme under your account to update it. However, I am not saying that the update will fix that issue, that’s impossible to tell right now, but I will be able to assists you with that once you purchase the theme and update to the latest version.

I don’t see any errors in Firefox Dev. Edition, but I see two 404 errors in Safari, however both are not theme related. But feel free to share screenshot from your end if you see something else.

Yes I see the header is broken, however your header is customized a lot. Just compare it to the original in demo. I can’t really help you with issues like that. Developer who made that customizaton just did a poor job.
My problem does not come from the header (even if it is bad). The problem comes from the gray block with white writing. The white writing goes on the block of the next photo

I am sorry, I’ve was checking the home, not the page you’ve posted. Now I can see it too.
The thing is that this whole grey block is like custom coded/created via Visual Composer. It looks like Parallax Section element was used for it, but it makes no sense to use that element for such purpose. I am sorry, but I cannot help you with design customizations which go beyond what can be seen in the original demo. Especially when elements are being used way outside of their original purpose. The only thing I can say is that, again, anyone who did it, did a very poor job.

you should use a 3rd party plugin fro that. But if you really want to do it directly in the file then header.php in theme’s root is the one.

edit the project in admin, scroll down to Project Settings (if you don’t see it, see Screen Option in upper right corner and enable it) and there you have Project Gallery where you can add/edit gallery pictures.

Sorry, my bad. For services it works in a different way. Make sure you have enabled Visual Composer for lsvrservices CPT, then just edit the accordion item, remove current [lsvr_gallery] shortcode, click on “Add Shortcode” button, choose Gallery, set it up and insert the shortcode.

i’m trying to make the “prices” of services look the same as the demo (like a table). I imported the demo.xml and .txt, to see the option inside the princing table, but only says “[table id=”1″]” I tried shortcodes and everything else but i only can get what you can see here: http://www.thmbcn.com/servicios/calefaccion/ not like the demo that is like a table.
is there a css code or specific shortcode for that type of table in the demo? i did not see anything in the documentarion related to it. Help please!

Hello. First, great theme, nice work.
I cant see the border color of an item, something is blocking it. i uploaded the theme again but keeps the same. in the demo THE “Projects” page show a border in “more infor theme” but in ours not.

sorry, problem solved by now, it was the hover border blocking the normal border, and the hover was white border, so i changed it in the css file to orange. anyway if you want to check in order to improve or update your theme, this was the url giving the problem: http://testing.raoon.com/proyectos/

Ad mobile: you are either using some sort of 3rd party plugin or some settings in WordPress. That has nothing to do with the theme. Just check out the demo site on your phone to see that the theme works pretty good on mobile.

no, that’s it. String in LSVR Toolkit plugin is for the Blog element on homepage. String in the theme is for post detail page and default post archive page. Does translation of other strings works for you?

I am trying to add a gallery to the individual services accordion drop down. I added them but they are not formatted. I saw your previous answer so I went into Visual Composer > General Settings but I do not see enable lsvrservice on that page?

if you see Visual Composer interface when editing a service, there is no need to set anything under Visual Composer > General.
I am checking your site, for example this service and images are missing URLs so there is just blank space instead of images. have you added your images via Add Shortcode button?
