Option for changing accordion element icons doesn’t exist so to change icons you can replace original ones inside theme folder as shown in the screenshot https://www.screencast.com/t/VovQmQAD0iZ or to upload your own icons in some folder and to change styling with some custom css code. If you need additional explanation please contact our support by submitting a ticket at https://select.ticksy.com and provide a link to a page where you are using according element.

Or if you didn’t, you could check our landing page to see which one is the match for your used template https://www.screencast.com/t/U1HaH8KqoBL And if you want to start from scratch, first clear your database, using some plugin for this purpose, such as WordPress Database reset, then just go to Select options > Select Import and choose desired demo https://www.screencast.com/t/6ii5fj20jUGC Or you could make local WordPress installation and there install/activate our theme and there import desired demo site. On that way you could see how we made some structures and copy/paste on your live installation. And yes, you are able to create menu with anchors using Hazel. I bought a ssl certificate yet my site is till not safe (no lock in the browser, instead it shows a exclamation mark). My hosting company said it has to do with that images are still loaded over http instead of https:// and it needs to be changed in the source of the website or in the editor where the images are loaded.
