This is true to all themes on ThemeForest.

So does it mean I will have to pay $78 ($39 X 2) before I can use this theme on my two websites?

Well, you don’t usually do two websites simultaneously.. You can purchase second license when you’re done with first website.

Technically yes. But you’ll have to use microsite page template on each page. Which can be inconvenient.

I’d recommend configuring a “multisite” WordPress instance and create 3 different subsites for “homepage”, “corporate” and “particular”. That’s how our whole theme demo is configured.

You can mix, match and change different pre-made websites. You can make a multipage website out of one-page and vice versa. You can change the menus and all other sort of things to build a site you want. And yes, there are both tabs and accordion elements.

When using the Album masonry grid (http://the7.io/main/gallery/albums-masonry/1-albums-masonry/) on mobile, a user must double tap an album for the photo scroller to pop up. Is there a way to fix this so that a user only has to click once? (Also, the mini images do not show up when the mobile version “hovers.”)

Hi, I have a theme that has not been updated in the past 2-3 years. The website uses theme 4.4.4. I believe it would be best to update the theme in steady increments, so the website does not break. Should I do that? And where can I locate all the theme downloads beginning at 4.4.4? Thank you

Updating from 2-3 years old theme (the first generation of The7) will require significant amount of work both in terms of setting up theme options and overhauling the content. The process is straight forward: you make full site backup; download the newest version of The7 from ThemeForest; install it instead of the older one and methodically work both on content and theme options.

I have seen in one of your comments that there is a option to disable featured image on the post but still have it show up on blog list. Is this also possible with custom posts?

I got custom posts music, albums, reviews. they are custom posts created by toolset types plugin.

When you create custom post types, you’ll have to create templates for them. Standard The7 post/page setting will most probably not work automatically.

Used to love this theme, until they made it so you can only update the bundled plugins via the WP control panel. Now each time I try I have issues and now waiting on support to answer my ticket and in the meantime my website is broken because for some reason it won’t update RevSlider properly.

Rated this theme a 1 star till issue gets fixed. I may consider leaving this theme altogether. I’ve purchased 5 licenses too. Not happy.

Because I’ve never had this issue at all with any other themes on the same server, ect. So to me, I believe it is an issue with the theme. Why have I not had this issue with other themes that allow me to update via the normal Plugin dashboard?

And why don’t you allow an option to update the bundled plugins manually?

Because of copyright concerns.

I’m no longer able to use the Backend Editor to edit pages or posts within the 7 theme. It just stopped working. This sudden lack of theme functionality has forced me to edit everything in Text mode, which is cumbersome.

Has anyone had this issue, and does anyone have a solution?

I have a big problem and I tried to find a solution literally everywhere and no result. I purchased a 7 theme license and activated it on my website. I was able to try it and use it for 2-3 days, before my site crashed. I had to delete my site and start using the file manager, but I wasn’t able to deactivate it before that. Now, I’m trying to de-activate it using the item support system and no result. I have all the infos needed with my purchase, but I always get the same error even though the infos are good. I really liked the theme, but i’m gonna have to ask for a refund since theres no alternative to a system that doesn’t work. Is there a phone number somewhere? Anything beside an automated system that doesn’t work or my situation. Thanks, sorry for the bad english.
