Congratulations on the theme, I wanted to ask: in “Advanced Settings” there is your cache and minified CSS and JS option, I use currently W3 Total Cache, how should I behave? Should I activate only one of the two? Your cache e minified system makes the site fast so I can delete W3 Total Cache?

Hello, it’s a very beautiful theme. I checked out a few demo before buying a demo. I have a problem with LazyLoad. I tried it in different browsers, but it works in google chrome 61.

Bug images I’ve tried on several different devices.

I have brought this theme, it works well and is fast, I think its mentioned in the Author’s notes about the hosting platform or server that is required to run the theme at its best, I use Wpengine and followed the installation notes.

I increased the PHP max input vars to 5000, and increased memory to 512, I did have a couple of 500 errors when first transferring posts from Jarida, but a couple of tries and increased memory sorted that out.

I have over 5,000 posts and run a business directory with another 5,000 places inside the theme and get 97% site speed under wpengine own page speed test, 94% for speed with Alexa Site Audit, and between 89% – 93% with Gtmetrix.

Others including me mentioned support:

I have used 2 or 3 templates from this Elite Author for over 5 years, this is the first time the support has been a little slow and they have explained why, normally its very quick.

Hi Hope you are very well! I am considering buying your Jannah theme to upgrade a website I currently have.

Do you offer installation service including turn key ready set up, etc? It is important for me to maintain all the functionality of the current site and keep the same URL’s to avoid SEO . By functionality I mean the use of Formidable plugin which generates posts when a visitor submits a form.

Apart form this I am 100% open to your suggestions regarding:

-design

- style

- new functionalities that the theme can offer the current site

- replace plugins that I am using with current site with core functionalities of your theme (if possible)

In other words new site doesn’t necessarily has the look and feel like the current site.

Pre-sale questions: I see that the customer support is very poor on all of the themes made by TieLabs and they seem to abandon their previous themes (especially the support) once they publish a new theme. I have also read some complaints about the speed of this theme, some were very bloated.

However, I would like to hear from someone that bought this theme – is it good? Would you recommend it? Is it fast or slow? It looks good, but customer support and speed is important, too.

It would be nice to see someones site with this build, to get a hint of what the speed is.
