Hello, I have bought the theme and have asked the support about the private post display issues. The support staff told me that a new release will be out in a few days time to fix that. I can not send queries from your support area (https://tielabs.com/members/open-new-ticket/), Fill all the fields and hit the SEND button, then the looping icon stays in an infinite loop (See sreenshot: https://pasteboard.co/GHUUV3U.png ).

Just a heads up on a minor issue, the hamburger menu does not display properly on small screens. This is on Firefox, Chrome and Android. You may want to fix that. Otherwise, really lovin’ this theme.

NP. Simple Q mustn’t have arrived via the email Envato system. Can the Review rating criteria (example: battery, functionality, price, etc) in the Jannah theme be saved and replicated across multiple review pages to save time? I’ll be using it on a review blog. Thanks

The theme comes with the Predefined criteria plugin, you will need to edit your posts and choose the predefined criteria set and save the post. there is no an option to apply it automatically on all posts.

You can change them by making changes on the theme’s PHP and CSS files. you will need all of these modifications on your own as they are not covered by the theme support.

Hello, I just bought your theme but wanted to test it on a sub-domain jannah.domain.com. If I activate my licence on my sub-domain, do I need to to activate it once again on my main website domain.com after my initial tests?

Yes, you can re-verify the theme on the new site easily, You just need to click on the Verify button on the new domain and system automatically will verify the new domain and revoke the access token from the old domain.

Unable to Disable Author name and Page views in Homepage (Latest Posts)
Even after disabling Author name and Page views in theme options, Author name and Page views are still visible in the search page, related post.
