Hi, I buy the X Theme. But I am having an issue with the theme and maybe you can help me.
I successfully upload X Theme to WordPress, but when I try to customize the webpage, I have this error. And dont allow me to customize anything.

I’m writing about buying your theme but I have a few questions;
1. If I don’t purchase support, will I be able to update my theme and other plugins? 2. What languages are included and can I add my own language via po file? 3. After updating the theme, does visual composer update automatically? Or some other actions are required? 4. Are Plugins that are included in the theme merged with it or their files are placed in package?

What is the current version of Visual Composer that comes with your theme and is it a special build that needs to be updated via current releases of X Theme? Is it currently below 5.2.1? Need to move from one theme to X and i don’t want to lose basic VS components and downgrade to less secure VS Release.
Does this theme have an events area or are there compatible “events style – with mapping – plugins that this theme has been tested with?
How can you change the color of the navbar? There’s no such option in the header section.
Hi there,
The navbar color can be changed if you’re using the Renew stack. The controls are under Renew’s settings in Theme Options. The other stacks don’t have this option, but you could change the color using custom CSS.

First click “Launch” from the X toolbar menu, then go to Theme Options. From the “Header” section you can change your logo image.
I’ve set up my own Apex account to get support through your site, but I can’t get support unless I have a license registered. Problem is, when I go to your support page and enter in my purchase code from ThemeForest it says that the purchase code has already been used. This is not the case! How can I get support? I made the navigation menu of my website in the PRO version, in Headers, but: - (1) It does not work in all browsers! Internet explorer, for example. - (2) The element “Cart Dropdown” does not work correctly in my menu. If you click on Edge or Chrome browser on a small screen you do not see the products that are on the strip, you see a litle section, it is not within the graphical view of the screen. How can I solve it? - (3) How can I make it to be full width of the page (header only, not the whole web) - (4) How to activate the “Mega Menu” function to this menu made in PRO, in Headers. - (5) Can I add in the product page 6 related products ?, by default 4 are seen but I want them to look more, or smaller. Hi. Please can someone help me. Your support guy does not seem to know how to do it or he does not understand my question and I am wasting my time going back and forth. It has been 9 messages now and he still has not helped me.
I just want to know how to set revolution slider so that my image fits and is not cut off on the left and right hand side. I have set the slider settings to Hero Scene, Full Width, and then have entered the exact image size in the Custom Grid. The image is being cut off on the left and right. How do I set it to fit? Please don’t tell me to contact support as I have gotten no help there. He just tells me “the image is already full width”. He does not understand. I don’t want the image cropped while it is full width. I want it to fit into the width please. Please help! I gave him log in access and everything and he has not helped me. My image looks terrible as it is zooming it in larger than it should be and so it is pixellating.

Yes, that is what he has now replied, but has not actually told me what to do except to resize my image, which doesn’t really help me as I don’t now what to resize it to. What image size must it be so that it does not get cropped off? Where do I find this information on the correct size or aspect ratio? Is it not possible to change the aspect ratio of revolution slider so that I can use a custom sized image?
As we have tried to explain multiple times, what you are asking for help to do is not something controlled by the theme. We can’t give you a specific answer because it depends on variables outside of the theme’s control, so it’s not just a “Go do this” type answer. You will need to customize the photo with some photo editing software to make it work.
As I have explained many times myself, I just want simple instructions on how to customise the slider that you have in your theme. I have photo editing software and can easily edit a photo, I am however unable to find any information on how to customise the slider or slider image correctly. Ths is extremely frustrating. If support cannot offer me help, then where can I get help?
1. Where in the slider settings do I find what slider aspect ratio is? So that I can use that information. 2. Is it possible to set a custom aspect ratio for the slider?
If I can have this information please, it may help me to be able to create the correct size image. I cannot believe it can be this difficult to get this information? I just want my image to fit and not be cropped and how do I do that? Or where can I find the information?

Alternatively, the support thread has my log in details, If you are unable to give me instructions on where to find the information, please can support go in and add an image the correct size. Then I can use that to make my own image. No-one has replied to my support question again, which is why I am asking here, please.
Once again, this is not something we can advise on. The answer is not a specific number. You will need to try different orientations with the photo yourself to find how it will look the way you want it to look when using that feature as the feature itself is just to make the image go fullwidth. Please follow up in the support forum if you need anything further.

If you’re having trouble validating your purchase within the WordPress admin, you can try registering for your Apex account (which is where all official product support is handled anyway) and try validating your purchase via the Licenses page in Apex. I have two specific ‘technical’ questions as well if you don’t mind: 1. Popup login on page and pop login integration on menu: Specifically, see how the ‘try now’ and ‘start free’ buttons on the main page and main menu of https://kickofflabs.com/ open a pop up login form. 2. I work with an education plugin called ‘Learndash’ that requires ‘custom post types’. Does your theme allow that?

Thanks for writing in! You could certainly get very close to the look of the site you provided with X. You might need a bit of custom coding for the buttons in the navbar, and the “tabbed” content for sections like “Give away rewards for referrals,” but overall the look is not too complicated.
Our policy related to 3rd party plugins is that unless they are integrated into the theme in some way (Revolution Slider, Gravity Forms, etc) then we are unable to provide support or guarantee compatibility for them. The implementation, customization, and troubleshooting of any issues that may arise would be the responsibility of each customer. Technically speaking, since X was developed according to development best practices, any well developed 3rd party plugin should play nicely with X, however due to the virtually limitless nature of things that can and often times do go wrong with software, we can’t support something that we have not first developed or integrated into the theme.

Did you all remove the original mega menu that came with X? A long time ago I built a site with X and it had a built-in mega menu where I could do menu columns with links. It didn’t do everything that Uber does, but I liked it a lot. Is that option still available on X? Or do I have to use UberMenu just to make the menu columns and links?
