Hi. I am using your theme. For the featured image, I have it at the recommended 1180X780, but the image slider displays my images cut off. How can I not have my images be cut off on the slider? Thanks.

I am having the same issues as others. The new “Lazy Load” feature is stopping ALL thumbnails and featured images from showing. Now I managed to make them show by disabling all lazy loading. But can’t seem to disable it on related posts… now the divs are there, but no images whatsoever.

Hi. I have registered the widget to display on the 404 page using:

I have added the “popular posts” or “latest posts” to the widget and the widget displays in the page, but for some reason not a single images loads.

Is there any reason why this is happening? Is this a bug?

However, I have a pre-sale question regarding the background colour of the website: Is it possible to change the colour of the background in the full width version as well as the boxed version. Hello guys. I’ve purchased your Soledad theme in December, but only installed it now. I’ve made some custom changes to the main theme, but I want to use the child theme, which is better, since I’ll be changing much more.

I read you comments on the wordpress forums saying that we would need to export the custom changes.

1- How do I export the custom changes?

Is this the right way to do it?

a- Export custom changes

b – Import child theme

3c – Import custom changes

2 – How to update the theme when you release an update if I am using the child theme? I can’t find that in the documentation.

Hi there, I’ve just purchased the Soledad theme and installed it. I tried first installing the demo content using the Penci Demo Importer, but after selecting ‘Import Demo Data’ as specified in the documentation, I selected the Simple Blog style and the bar just kept loading and loading for over 40 minutes. After waiting I checked and nothing happened. I then tried ‘Way 2’ as outlined in the documentation and although the logo loaded, nothing else did.

I wanted to import all of the demo content including pictures and structure of the Simple Blog so I could see how everything all worked and stylize it from there. Is this not possible? Please advise.

Hi, how do I force Soledad to load Penci slider before other things on the page that are below the slider? Aka how do I “Prioritize visible content”? When I open my website, the slider doesn’t load immediately. First, you see the “Popular section” and blog posts on homepage and only after a few seconds does the slider load. Thank you
