I want to use FacetWP plugin to make Advanced Filtering possible for Jobs and Resumes on our job portal which uses WP Job Manager plugin on Jobseek theme.
FacetWP indicate on their website that their plugin Integrates with WP Job Manager (see https://facetwp.com/).
Indeed, another theme, JobCareer has managed to integrate FacetWP plugin with their theme so nicely. See: http://jobcareer.chimpgroup.com/candidates-list-with-filterable/.
But if you go to similar page of the theme I’m using, the filtering is very basic. See: http://www.coffeecreamthemes.com/themes/jobseek/v2/candidates/
I want to be able to configure FacetWP on my website to work just like that of JobCareer.

I’ve tried so far but I only managed to get job/resume listings, NOT the advanced search. I know how to set up WordPress but I’m not a developer so I’m often limited.
NOTE: Coffeecream authors have REFUSED to work on the Advanced Filtering feature. I followed up for several months and they said they were not going to give any deadlines any more and they were not even sure they will provide any new features for the Jobseek theme. That they were concentrating on other projects.
Hello, sorry to hear you disappointed. We discussed option with FacetWP, and maybe it is the way we will choose. We use it in one of our other theme and its good. I am starting to work on Jobseek updates today, not sure what order will be, because we have a LOT to do about it, but as you ask about it for a long time I will give it a higher priority. Sad thing is that FacetWP cost $99 (while its really best filtering solution for WP), getting in count that usually people also buy other addons for WP Job Manager. But anyway it is worth it, and all of that tens of times cheaper than the custom development. Thank you.

Personally, I don’t see why add-on of 99 USD should be a challenge as it’s not core add-on. It’s optional. And if someone is serious about a recruitment portal, extra 99 USD should not be an excuse.
Let’s get this advanced filtering working. I can predict massive increase in sales after this feature is added.

Hi on some job boards especially in the UK , joboards refresh the jobs posted every 7 days, for example you posted a job on the 7th of September, and it slips down as other jobs are posted, by refreshing 7 days later, it goes back to the top…and then the cycle starts again , jobs are refreshed every 7 days until they expire…example https://hiring.monster.com/recruitment/job-advertisement-refresh.aspx but many job boards do this

In mobile screens, the “Apply for job” button, stacks at the bottom. Is it possible to put it BEFORE the description or to have it twice? So the candidate doesn’t have to scroll all the way down. There are employers and candidate. You can call employers company or employer, it doesn’t matter – it is who post a vacancies. Please read the addons description in that article, how can I know what you mean by “plans” and what exactly you want to sell – job posting, access to candidates etc etc.? Reading just a brief description of each addon will give you clear picture of what is possible.

Secondly, i want my header background-color to be uniform from left to right. it must not necessarily be #3BB2D6. In customization, it is uniform while in main site it fades from left to right. Example, i want this color #ec5809 from left to right. The header background-color in my css is this #3BB2D6, but this displays on my real site. Thanks.

I understand that our theme css is not the css at the backend of our theme, but is being pulled from dropbox.
The css line that i want worked on is this on dropbox (working on live websites)/;

while it is this on demo site/theme (not working on live websites);

Please kindly edit the line on dropbox to be the same so that people will not struggle forever to fix site logo.

As I said in my first reply – there is “No Title” page template available. Page template option is in the right sidebar – Page Attributes section.
