Hi i have a big problem, with the last version, my webpage desconfigure a lot the css, and another things, i’d fixed almost all problems, but i have one big problem, the acordion faqs doesnt open and close either in mobiles resolutions. and this is a huge problem. How i can fix that?? oh and progress bar doesnt work either, doesnt show the animation in color, or show color with the amount correct, just show a empty bar

and its extremely slow now =(

1. Make sure that you have “The7 Elements” plugin installed. (If it’s not installed, you can do it via The7 > Plugins).

2. Enable “Benefits” post type under The > My The7, “Settings” block, “Legacy Features” section.

I also have to agree with the last reviewer who was dissatisfied with the quality of support. Depending on who gets your ticket, the support members do not read your ticket thoroughly or with full understanding. The last ticket i sent in included a link to my site and i mentioned the header title of the element i was having trouble with on both my site and the demo site. The email response was regarding a different element and i felt like he was guessing at what i needed. I had to tell the guy to actually read my email so he would know what element i need help with. This has happened previously and I ended up deleting the ticket after five unsuccessful messages in the hopes I would get someone different to help me. Also it is disappointing that he obviously did not look at my site. He gave me a generic answer (copy the element to another page and then change to classic view and copy all of that code). That is not helpful if I want to understand what setting i am getting wrong and if I want to make cjanges later. I want to know what I am not doing right. Support for other themes would actually go into my site and tell me what part of the module formatting I needed to fix so that I cpuld learn to customize tje element.

Second, we have reviewed your tickets history. I would like to share my perspective on the issue:

To me, our guys were trying to go an extra mile in helping you to set up different layout elements.

Laranz, engineer that was processing your request, definitely could have done a better job reading your initial request. Though he’s a fresh face in our team, he’s definitely not a lazy person. I guess it’s our human nature to loose a bit of attention towards the end of the working day (don’t forget about time difference – we’re on opposite sides on the globe).

As for setting up layout elements, many users prefer to get a page code (so they do not have to provide WP-admin accesses), while others prefer our engineers to help them setting up actual element in the admin area. Sometimes it’s hard to guess which type of user you’re woking with :)

While I see noting criminal in our engineers actions, there’s definitely an area where we can improve our service. Thank you so much for highlighting it and sorry for inconveniences we caused.

2- Does it support multi-lingual and RTL?

3- Can I customize products pictures in the shop to be A4 dimensions, not square?

2. Theme can be made multilingual with WPML plugin. The7 does not support RTL-languages officially, however many buyers are successfully it that way.

3, 4, 5, 9. These are features in WooCommerce.

6. I don’t know which “Colors, fonts, backgrounds” you want to customize, but most of them CAN be customized via Theme Options.

7, 11, 12. Yes.

10. Properly set up, The7 performs on par with other best selling themes.

13. No.

What is the language in the backend? Is it possible to switch it to german?

Maybe it’s possible by using a Slider Revolution, but I’m not sure about it.

That makes sense. Maybe I can incorporate that or maybe not. Most websites on Themeforest have every line separating sections as perfectly horizontal. I’ve seen on a couple of your demos that there are diagonal lines separating sections. Is that built in and native to the functionality of “the7?” It looks really cool, I just want to make sure it is native.
