Dont be foolish, its a simple question, this item is bought 8 months ago and 41 dollar for a simple question is robbery. This is why I dont not use Themeforet that much anymore.

Hi, I’ve updated to the last version to correct quirks and bugs. Went through a lot of PHP debugging for some reasons, but finally got through it. Now everything seems stable and good and I like the new improvements.
Unfortunately the shop styling went off and I’mm stuck with the horrible default Woocommerce style. I’ve search everywhere and I can’t get back my shop.
*Everything was working fine before updating.
This is really important as I’m suppose to launch my album tomorrow and it looks terrible! Please help me with this asap. Thanks a lot!

I have a couple pre-buy questions. Can the music only play on the homepage? On the demo it seems to play on every page. And on the album tracklist, can I add a place for lyrics? Like maybe replace ‘Few words’ with an lyrics accordion.

Feature Request: We simply want the option to add social icons in the navigation area at the top of the page. A customisable header would be perfect.

Fixed: I removed the header image, saved the page, re-added the header image and saved again, header image was then showing correctly. Very odd.

1) Duplicate List
2) Few OF them are not loading
What I did to fix the pblm
I tried to fix the while loop by adding $do_not_duplicate[] = $post->ID;
then added in If condition after foreach loop but it won’t work

I’m trying to import tracks & playlists from SoundCloud to the template after installing but am having no success.

HI, Theme has a built-in own key for processing soundcloud tracks. So there should be no problems with it. It’s sad that Soundcloud took a decision but unfortunately it does not depend on us.You can also stream tracks from https://hearthis.at/.

Ok, so perhaps it is just a problem on my end. My main purpose with this theme was for the grid system in combination with SoundCloud.
Can you confirm that the grid system is working on your end with SoundCloud and the theme can still pull track info and artwork from a track or playlist?
HI, You can for examle add one track (in grid) with link to your soundcloud tracklist then if click on track player will load all songs to its tracklist.
So adding a playlist to release grid or track grid will not generate a grid of the tracks in the playlist? Also when I try to add a single track to a page, the sound cloud link does not pull any artwork or info, it just has a grey box with a play button.
Hi, If you want to create a grid you have to add covers to your tracks in the tracks manager. Because the covers are downloaded but only in the bottom player.

After changing the Version Number to 2.0.0 in the Child Theme style.css it’s working.

Yes, you must add Visual Composer element like single track, tracklist etc and when user click on it then bottom player will play the selected song. The template has a tracks manager for easy management your music.

Let’s say I have a podcast plugin and I’ll like episodes to be loaded into the bottom player… if I customize the podcast page template can I use do_shortcode to achieve this?

They’ll be mp3. My plan is to have them in the media library, but hosted on Amazon S3.
You can add custom links Amazon S3 to tracks manager, and add them to the page via Visual Composer module. One of the clients used S3 cloud to store your songs and said there was no problem with playing.
Hi, I am setting up my woo commerce shop and was wondering if there should be any theme settings to do with woo commerce. I cannot find any at all. I am trying to make the caetgories page have a side bar. I can set this on the shop page, but it doesn’t carry through to the categories or single product pages. I am using woo commerce 3.1.1

Hi guys, I’ve just tried to add a HTML form to a text field in the Backend editor. But when I then go to save the page, it doesn’t allow me as it just focuses on the form field. So, I’m then unable to save the page? How do you add a HTML form, without using Contact Form 7?
Hi, Try to use FTP and edit your files locally. Maybe your server does not have enough memory to save large files.

Solved: I worked out it was because I was adding the HTML form to a text element instead of a raw HTML element.
Hi there, I just uploaded the new v1.2 Noisa theme via ftp, but I just got the white screen of death. Any ideas why?
So I rolled back to v1.18 for now.
Hi hard to say, make sure that you have installed PHP 7 on your server.
I’ve upgraded the server to PHP7 – same result – white screen when I live preview the theme or activate the theme by renaming the folder via ftp – I’m using a Child theme, so I rename the main theme folders when I upgrade so I can reverse the change.
Hi, First please remove old “Rascals Noisa Plugin” and install new theme. Please also backup all theme files.
So, I deleted the plugin and the new theme is now loading. However, there is no ‘Additional CSS’ section in the Customiser to enter my custom CSS? I can only see the ‘Additional JS’ section. Are there detailed upgrade instructions anywhere for this upgrade, as this is clearly a large upgrade and it has broken many things?
Also, after updating, no buttons or rollovers work. So I’m unable to click on any links, buttons, form fields etc. And the site needs to go live in a few hours…

If I roll back to the previous version of the theme, all buttons and roll-overs work again. It’s as if Javascript is deactivated with the new theme?
No, new version is installed on live preview and we don’t have any problems with javascript. We change core files and customizer, so all functions should work without problems.
Solved: Update to PHP7, updated WP, deleted previous Rascals plugins, cleared cache plugin, cleared Cloudflare.
