Hi, question about the layerslider. I want to use two different sliders on the same page, a mobile optimized slider and a desktop optimized slider. I’ve tired using the elements in VC but the theme doesn’t display it like it would if it were selected using the page settings at the bottom. How do I assign them to the same page properly? Thanks!

I dont know if my issue is something related with the theme or my hosting provider. My website used to work great but suddenly the Media library stops showing content on the grid view. It is a problem when I try to change/add a picture on Slider Revolution because the only way to see the media is in the grid view. The loading icon spin forever and dont show anything.

Hello – thank you for creating such an awesome theme!!! I’ve purchased it three times and love it! Just curious if there are any plans to add some type of a slide-out side panel? For example: a hamburger icon (shown in the menu) that when clicked will open a panel to show my instagram, contact info, etc. I’ve seen this feature on other themes and feel that it would be such a great addition to my website. Would this feature be possible on The7?? Thanks again!

I updated to the latest version and now in ‘Page Header Options’ the ‘Overlapping’ option is no longer showing for the Slider Revolution, which I use on most sites, is that no longer available?

Hello, bevore all, thanks for the nice Theme. 1.) I use the JustifiedGrid Gallery Plugin(photoswipe) because the build in Lightbox ist not so mobile friendly. Since your last Update photoswipe will not work anymore. 2. Vc-post-grid does not work if I use the shortcode in the template itself (content-single.php).When i switch to other theme it works fine. 3. Exclude the actual post from grid works when grid is in the content, how to exclude actual post (automatic) when the grid is outer the content ? Thank you !

I am trying to open a ticket on your support system. I have loaded the new updated theme and now my images on certain pages are not showing up. I have images placed in a row of 4 and the live screen is not showing up. But if you scroll over the Blank space, the images are there, but do not show up. Please send me support here or on your support page. The open Tickets is not letting open a ticket.

Firstly just to say this is the best theme I have ever used. Quick question – I am building a website for a school and they are viewing from behind a firewall. When I switch the menu to the side (vertical) menu layout they cannot see it. Has anybody ever come across this or knows what may cause it? Many Thanks Rog
