Go to plugins list and update the Header Builder to its latest version 2.0.3, don’t forget to make a backup before updating. It should help.

Hey, fantastic work you guys/gals have done with this theme. The header builder is just second to none!! I have purchased this theme several times, and am looking to Purchase it again for my next project. Do you have any plans offering an ‘off canvas’ menu option (flyout) as I really need this option with my latest project? ideally I do not want to use a 3rd party menu plugin as even those do not have the same flexibility as your header builder. I suppose I could make them both work but would rather not though if you can recommend a menu plugin that will work in conjunction with your header builder would be great. Please, please add an off canvas menu option in a future update, if you do there is no real reason for anyone to consider another multi purpose theme

Thanks for the reply. I look forward to it. I will purchase the theme shortly. Though I need to build the site on my own domain in a sub folder, then transfer over to the customer domain once done. I can’t use the header builder unless I activate, but do not want to activate on my domain as I will move the site later. is there solution to this other then using WAMP or similar?

Hi, I use my own fonts, is there a way I can stop the site from sending http request to google fonts? I just want to take every possible measure to keep my site as fast as possible.
Hi,
Go to Theme Options > Typography and make sure you didn’t select Google Fonts there. Then go to Theme Options > Advanced and turn off Defer Google Fonts loading. It should remove all Impreza Google Fonts link. Also, some plugins can add their own Google Fonts so try deactivating plugins to find the issue as well.

Portfolio Groups
In our website www.technologix.ca we are able to group portfolio items, and then select individual portfolio groups for display (so in one page we can display our work by industry, and in a second page by topic). Each group will have its own set of tags for filtering.
Will your Portfolio feature allow us to do something like that? Or is there another way of allocating individual portfolio items to specific displays?

Unfortunately, the portfolio doesn’t support tags but you can assign categories to portfolio items and show items only from needed categories, take a look at this screenshot. You can check all features on this test drive server.

I took a look at the portfolio features and that raises another question. It has to do with the “Items Action on Click” choices. Is it possible, and how complicated would it be, to override this with one of two options:
DO NOTHING ON CLICK (describe what I want on hover directly) OPEN A MODAL POPUP on click

At the moment Portfolio doesn’t provide the ability to disable the action completely, you can select Open item’s page in a popup option to open Portfolio page in a popup.

Hi, i would like to have a website with a burger menu only. i already have set the mobile menu option to 2000px(max) in my header builder options but it still display a normal menu on iMac retina devices.
How can i set this option to a bigger max size ? Maybe in theme files ?

I have the hebrew written in Rezgo, a booking engine, and on their website itself it displays perfectly, however on our website it doesnt. Unfortunately, Impreza doesn’t provide this feature, you can vote for this feature request and we’ll consider implementing it when it receives a significant amount of voices from other clients. Or you can hire a developer if you need this feature to be implemented ASAP.
Can we add extra classes for each elements of header builder so we can add our own css for those elements? Thanks.
Unfortunately, not. But each Header Builder element has its own CSS class so you can stylize header individually by adding your custom code into Page Settings.

Hi, I have found out that the Theme Options – Transfer Theme Options does not export any custom colours that are added & saved in the Theme Options/Colours ?? Is there a special way to do this or has it just been missed from the theme options ??? Thanks

You’re absolutely right. Custom Color Schemes aren’t transferable at the moment, they are stored directly in your database. Please create a feature request, and we’ll consider implementing this feature if it receives many voices from other clients.
Hello I am thinking of having this theme http://impreza.us-themes.com/ for my website. I have questions The critical one is does it use “Shortcodes”? I understand that if I change theme from one with Shortcodes then the whole site needs to be rebuilt. Thanks for the reply Tony

Yes, Impreza uses shortcodes, mostly they are related to Visual Composer, there are few our own shortcodes such as Blog, Portfolio, Testimonials, which won’t work with other themes. If you have a site built with Visual Composer then most likely it will work without problems. You can check all features yourself on this test drive server.

Unfortunately, Portfolio doesn’t provide native support for Tags, you can create a feature request on our Support Portal and if it will receive many voices from other clients, we’ll consider implementing this feature in one of the next updates. There was some Envato API issue, which was fixed, so you should be able to log into support portal.
