sorry, for inconvenience, we have not listed any where that we are providing full width gallery, even on our demo site there is no gallery with full width, and if our support person told you about new layout, what would be in upcoming updates and have no exact date. what we can do is consider your suggestion and check if there are possibility to ad in our item, per customer based requirements can not be fulfill. i hope you understand. thank you

As per your required feature comes under customization which is a paid service. You can avail it by asking our team for custom work with in reasonable price.

Note: As our team already respond you regarding this feature We’re already going to add in future updates but that will be according to our design. If you want it as your desire you can ask for custom work.

Hi, This is not true. The old demo show pictures in full size and also It is listed here in one of the release note. “Added image gallery feature while user posting ad from frontend” Even if it is not listed, this is very basic function of any classified system and if the user of the theme cannot easly browse the ads pictures in their full size ( full width inside the user post ads image gallery), this is a bug and not a customization.

What is the benefit of the gallery if I cannot see the images without cut and read their content. Most of the classified website allow the website users to see the post(add) images without “crop” and browse the ads images easily and show the image number of each image.

Please refer to the ticket to make sure there is no misunderstanding and confirm!

would you please provide our any official source which providing full width image, and when you purchased this theme was there any lead to this feature?. when you purchased this item you have/had accepted to purchase as its demonstrated and officially described. if you think every theme have same features and layout then you are wrong. you can not force us to ad your required feature. if you really want every thing according to your own design than sorry you need a custom developed theme.

If you are asking for a light box where user can see the whole picture then it will be added in future update. As it is already in our list. Let us clear about it. because it sound like you are asking for a different layout. Right now our layout as it designed but we will add this light box in future update.

What I ment is something very simple and easy and your product should support it as it is showing in your demo and theme page. To explain it, follow the below: Go to your demo below. https://demo.designinvento.net/classiads-new/marriage-bureau/ If you double click on the picture, the picture will come with full size without cropping (I think it is the “openprettyphoto” on-click action in image gallery setting in visual composer). And if you upload more than one picture, you can navigate easily between them through arrows. With the current theme, when you create a new list and go to “listing image” and upload the images, the way pictures are represented in the listing page is not good as the pictures are cropping and no arrow navigation. classiads pro provide all these features e.g , free ads, ad moderation by admin, paid ads, feature ads, claim ad, upgrade ad, sticky ad, raise up ad etc

Are you sure for raise up ad ? If yes do you also provide custom fields depending on category? (for example a “vehicle” ads category will add custom fields like kilometers, brand, etc.)

yes these options are available, raise up add will not stay all the time on top, let say sellerA raised up his ad, ad will be on top, then sellerb raised his ad, his ad will goes on top and sellerA’s add will place below sellerB

Ok and if a seller C post a new (normal) ad it will be on top of B and A ?

if you want ad remains on top then there is sticky option, sticky option will work like raise up but will remain on top over normal ads

yes you can create unlimited custom fields based on categories

yes search form will show listing related to selected criteria like, categories, locations, keyword price, or other content fields added in search

It’s about the raise up ad: is it possible to have several raise up ads package? For example : - package A : the ads raise up every days during 30 days - package B : the ads raise up every days during 7 days - package C : the ads raise up every weeks during 60 days

sorry this kind of raise up feature is not available yes, user have to manually raise up ad as required, this feature is not in our to do list right now. we will check if there is any possibility
