2. Eventbride ticketing is a third party plugin and we cannot guaranty it will be compatible as it has not been tested with our theme. But you can always test this on your end.
3. Unfortunately there is no option right now but you should know that there has been a feature request to the plugin author for this several times, so it is possible that they will include this in the future updates of their plugin. Also you can always ask the plugin author about this as well.

Pre-purchase Question:
Can one set the categories post page (when you click on a category) to a two row column or even masonry grid? The reason I am asking is, because it seems a bit illegible in that long view taking up the full width of a screen, especially on big screens.
Can one display categories as part of that blog post overview page somewhere (i.e. where the breadcrumbs sit just now). It would be good to have some sort of filter option?

Thank you for taking an interest of our theme! Category page has a default layout, one post going under the other but what you have intended can be changed by adding some custom code to the themes options or editing the Archive page template.
As for the category filter, there is no option to make this within the theme option unfortunately. You have a blog list shortcode where you may choose to list either all categories or just one. https://www.screencast.com/t/lwHiD6mwK

I find that it’s usually easiest to work with the theme developer on customisation, rather than bringing in a third party who is not familiar with the base code.

We are using third party plugin Timetable Responsive Schedule that came bundled within our theme and using it we created timetables. There is no option to create tickets and to sell them, but you can easily create tickets as WooCommerce downloadable product and you can add product link to each event.

Mentioned plugins are not officially compatible, and we didn’t tested them with our theme. Although they will probably work without problems, you will definitely need to style them with some custom css code since you won’t be able to control colors from theme options. In case that you decide to use our theme, our support team can assist you with some minor css modifications.

For some reason, the demo content does not upload more than 90%. I have changed the php.ini file, and waited longer than 1 hour. What am I doing wrong?

After 90% menus and menu items are being imported, so you should increase some PHP directives, and to repeat demo few times as explained here https://mikado.ticksy.com/article/10511/ but since you will probably create your own menu, you don’t need to import demo menus, and you can start to build your won content right away. If you need to have demo with menus, and you continue to have problems with import you can contact our support as suggested in provided article.

This demo import function you have chosen is TERRIBLE. Gets stuck after importing images. Even with the proper php adjustments (which are correctly reported by PHP info plugin) it still refuses to complete. For such a great theme, this is the worst theme I’ve worked with importing demo content.
Also, no matter what i do some of the pages won’t change header style (whether local or global). It’s almost as if it’s hardcoded. Any ideas..?

Please note that this is common issue when importing demo with all theme authors since demos become more robust so they can satisfy needs of all customers.
When importing demo content, before you hit import, disable all 3rd party WP plugins (to free up server resources), then go to import and open chrome developer tools, hit Import and watch console for errors. When some error occur refresh import page and repeat the process. Importing demo content must reach 100% without displaying error in console. So repeat it until console is clear (sometimes you have to repeat process for 2-3 times or more).
Also, common problem with Import can be WordPress memory limit and upload time, and it is good if you can increase these values or ask your hosting service to do that for you.

Error 500 means that error is suppressed by the server or it is server related error. Since it happens with Visual Composer which is demanding plugin it is probably related to low server resources, so try to increase PHP directives like below:
max_execution_time = 300;
memory_limit = 128M;
upload_max_filesize = 128M;
post_max_size = 256M;

Yes, it is possible to change theme colors from Mikado options > General, but there are also more specific color options from Mikado options > Elements and finally most elements have their own color options in element options, so this is very colorful theme actually, and colors can be changed from several places.

Theme is using Timetable plugins which is included in the theme https://codecanyon.net/item/timetable-responsive-schedule-for-wordpress/7010836 so check its features first to see if it is what you are looking for. We are not familiar with EventBrite platform so we cannot compare theme with it but custom built APP is certainly feature rich.
