1. To change body font size on mobile. Could you please open Appearance > Theme Setting > Script > Custom CSS for iPhone both portrait and landscape view and add below code.

I bought this theme a long time ago and didn’t have the chance to try it till today. I’m so disappointed, no changes in “Appearance > Customize” have any effect whatsoever. I can only upload the logo image, but I can’t change skin, links or top background color. It just simply doesn’t work. I’ve try importing style and content demo, but they also don’t change a thing… So sad. Will I have to buy a new theme?

I think the issue comes from your server outage. I tried to view your site and there are many theme’s files and images return “503 (Service unavailable)” error and “500 (Internal Server Error)”.
Could you please contact your webhost and ask them to check your server status and disable cache settings please.

Dear team, sorry if I wasn’t clear enough on that last message. On my first comment I wrote some details, but I’ll try to be more specific now. I do know that I can customize my theme, and I did read ALL content on your documentation. However, the changes I try don’t seam to have any effect.
For instance, if you go on the new link I provided yesterday, you’ll see that the website has a BLACK header background. However, on my CUSTOMIZE panel, I’ve set the background color to #dd217c.
Another example is my SKIN COLOR. I’ve set it to #202a99, but as you can see on my website, it’s still GREEN, the standard color.
Another example is that I’ve tried to change the MENU BACKGROUND color to #ceb70c, but nothing changes, the entire header section AND the menu bar are still black.
I hope that was a better explanation. Please let me know if there’s something I can do. I’m doing everything I can on my customize panel, but nothing changes, except uploading the logo and favicon.
I was wondering if that has anything to do with file permissions on my server, but there’s nothing about it on your documentation. I’ve tried to search for it on google but nothing came up. Remember, I’m trying to solve that for more than a month, so believe me, I’ve tried a lot of different things.

Dear team, I’ve tried somethings and maybe I can help finding the problem.
At the COSTUME CSS section, I’ve added a line to make the header and menu bar RED. However, It only changed the menu bar color:
nav_wrapper, .top_bar {
background-color: red; }
But, if I add ”!important”, the header also changes to RED.
nav_wrapper, .top_bar {
background-color: red !important; }
Does that mean something?
Again, taking a look at the style sheets on CHROME, I’ve realized that for the SKIN color, the color I’ve set to it by the CUSTOMIZE panel is there at .social_share_counter_number in the screen.css:6882 file, however it’s being overided by the same class in kirki-styles.css:1 file.
Does that mean something?
