I face a strange issue. The pictures on my site are distorted with pixels. Seems like they are not loading correctly. When I’m logged in, the pictures seem correct. Hi vangelisorfas! If you don’t see the issue when you are logged this mean it’s related to a cache plugin (not active by default when you are logged). Hi! I would like to add multiple markers to my Google Maps element. Is there a way to add custom JavaScript to just the map element or is this possible using settings somewhere?
Hi whimzee and sorry for delay! Unfortunately it’s not possible to use the native Uncode maps options with multiple markers right now. Anyway you can use some specific Google Maps plugins with this option and insert the plugin shortcode in the page instead the Uncode VC Maps. Let us know if you need more infos!
Having the same issue @NewMarketMedia All I want to do is add borders as in the layout example: https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/creative-vcard/. the page does not import the settings; I’ve been looking for it for 30 minutes.
The slider is immobile and stuck, checked with plugs it’s not a plugin issue…
SOLVED: Changed from px to % and then it worked, also after I switched back to px

I see you told user ACF PRO is not needed cause you have built-in custom fields function. Well…do you know even just vaguely what ACF pro can do? I wouldn’t compare the two things at all!

Hi, I´ve updated my site with the new 1.6.4 Uncode release following your instructions (manually via FTP), and the site styles don´t work properly. For example, lot of theme options settings have restarted to the initial values. Please, let us know what´s the problem having in account that we haven´t modified the data base? Regards. PD:I saved the theme options after the update.
Hi fpinton! Are the Theme Options saved inside the admin? I mean when you navigate the Theme Options panels do you have your options saved or they are missing? If you have your options probably the custom css file is not writable, very if you access this file on your installation www.yoursite.com/wp-content/themes/uncode/library/css/style-custom.css
If you don’t have any options (pretty odd) can be only related to Max Input Vars not respected. Let us know!

Your theme is awesome! But it’s just missing something that makes it great: the mouse section scroll (example: http://defatch-demo.com/themes/juster/scroll-lock/ ). Many other themes have this feature and I think if Uncode had this, it’ll be THE theme to have.
I was wondering when is the next major update coming? And will it include this feature?

Hi Kartoffelklaus! Searched now in our database but we don’t have any reports about store locator plugins, sorry. Both plugins seems to work in a given frame so I think you should have not problems. You can try them, for example the second seems to be free and good.

Really odd, unfortunately no other users reported this problem and we don’t have a report to help you… I can only think about an incomplete upload of the theme, have you updated the theme manually via FTP? Have you some extra plugins? This can also be produced by a possible JavaScript error in the backend. Let us know!

Quick question – I’m using the Accordion element and my content is quite long. When users click my second Accordion title header the first one closes, and the second one opens, but it does not jump to the top of the second accordion’s content.
This seems to be a bug? Is there any CSS / javascript code I can add as a quick fix?
Hi maltase! No this is the normal behaviour of the accordions module, also the famous Bootstrap accordion work this exact way. Accordion are generally reserved to store small contents and it’s not supposed the work with scroll. The reason is the adaptive image system will not work out of the box. You may need to configure the image sizes or install separate adaptive image plugin to serve resized images on mobile devices.

A couple pre-sale questions, thanks:
1. For the “Classic Photographer” layout (or, I suppose, any layout), is there a dark interior version, or can page background colors be easily changed?
2. I see filters can be applied to the isotope grid; can they also be applied to media galleries? Or can the isotope grid or portfolio image gallery open each item, a single image, in a lightbox as those images in eh media gallery open?
