Hello! I have problems with Theme Settings-Colors configuration screen because i only get a blue screen and thats all. Seems that a blue box cover the configuration text and after that it ask me to choose a color. Evertything else is working fine. What can i do to solve this?

In fact the easiest way to make your site look like our demo one is to import demo content. The theme comes with a .xml file that allows you to import all the pages and posts like they are on the demo site. You can find this file in the Demo content folder you downloaded from the Themeforest.
Please note, that all the images are not included and are substituted with placeholders, as according to our license we can’t redistribute them. Please install the WordPress importer plugin, then proceed to the Tools-Import-WordPress, upload file and import. You’ll need to import the Content itself and the theme settings.
The sliders are imported separately, so you need to install the slider plugin and import the slider sample file. The theme comes with a demo slider content import file. After you import it, you will have the same slider as we have on our demo, except that the background images will be absent and you will need to add your own instead. Our license does not allow us add background images to the download package, but all the other slider elements and settings, including timings will be imported.
The theme documentation contains rather detailed instructions concerning the demo content import (you can find it at the DOCS folder you downloaded with the theme archive – please open index.html file in any browser)

You can also import the default theme settings from the theme-settings.txt file, but please note that all your settings (theme layout, fonts, colors, widgets, custom css and html codes) will be rewritten.

My Navigation section for certain pages shows greyed background instead of an image or blue color. is it a bug? Also, i cant seem to find a way to add background under about us section as shown in your medical theme demo. same thing is for contact form section, the background is greyed.

The matter is that the images are not included in the download, and are replaced with placeholders, and this is written in the product description and is a usual practice, as they are under copyright restrictions.
Please note that to add your background image instead of the gray placeholder there is a need to edit the section and set the background image in the Section Shortcode Settings.

Please note that there is no need to activate the theme license, there is no special field or option for it. After you’ve bought the theme you can use it for building one site. According to the Themeforest rules you can use one license for one site only. You can transfer the license you have purchased to the new domain just in a case the site remains the same.

hello, my client asked me if there is a way to organise the css and javascript generated by the themebecause it causes problems in search engine optimization (there is about 5000 line of css and js code) or put these codes into external files and then linked to the website.

Hello, I’ve followed the instructions to add the colored block content. I would like the colored boxes to show as a left sidebar as you did for the department navigation in the demo. I’ve added my services as “projects” like you did for departments. I don’t see an option to add the side bar to the page. No sidebar is displaying. Please advise

While editing the page you can choose needed layout with Colored blocks sidebar.

Thanks for prompt reply. I’ll be submitting a support request. I have the latest version: 1.0.9 and under the layout tab, at the bottom of edit page, I only have the option to “Choose Bottom Sidebar”. No option to chose right/left sidebar as displayed in the screen shot above.

Ok thanks. That’s where I was going wrong. I was trying to edit the project and not the page. I guess I just now need to figure out how to display the content of the project in the page. I’ll review the instruction included with the template and see if it’s there. Thank you for your time.

As I mentioned before, we added links to each project to redirect to the appropriate page. In this way projects could be displayed in the Portfolio shortcode, but when you click on it, it redirects you to the page instead of opening the project.
