I was wondering if Avada is ADA Accessible? It looks like you can tab through the menu, but I’m not sure if you built in any other features for accessibility. Thank you.

i need your help please in two points:
1- in tabs [fusion_products_slider picture_size=”auto” cat_slug=”cigar” number_posts=”14” carousel_layout=”title_on_rollover” autoplay=”yes” columns=”4” column_spacing=”0” scroll_items=”3” show_nav=”yes” mouse_scroll=”yes” show_price=”no” show_buttons=”no” class=”” id=”“]
the problem even i sort the product in some sorting…the tabs slide the products differently.
--Same thing with Woo Carousel.
what can i do please to make them slide in the same sorting as i organized them in Woocommerce.
2- i need to do a popUp in home page for 18+, how can i achieve this with your theme.

I am afraid this is not a possibility, we never have any ticket that goes above 24 hour mark and maximum 48hrs on weekend so i believe your ticket never made it to our system, i have checked your username and only 1 ticket was opened from your end that was replied the very next day by our support.

There is no such issue with our last patch, it must be either your cache or something else as i have patch applied on my personal Avada site and its working all fine and good, you can also check our demos for the confirmation. Pre sales question:
Hi i am new to wordpress and plan on buying and installing on one of one of ours client webspace, just to have a play around.
Ive watched the demo install video and noted in the video one screen mentioned registering your purchase. Is this done by domain name?
Its that though I would buy and install on one domain that would not be the domain I would build the actual live website on.
I am basically planning on buying installing, playing around with it then waiting until a client wants a new site then use the theme

You can definitely transfer / migrate your site from one domain to another domain once your development is completed however you have to be sure that you are only using 1 Avada license for 1 live site / domain when you are done with the site so you have to remove it from the older domain, so in short the answer to your query is YES!

No, our theme does not use bootstrap as many people do not like bootstrap, you will have to manually find a way to integrate it somehow.

If you have more than 2 featured image you will get the slider on it actually, if you do not want to use slider simply remove one of the featured image and only assign 1 to the post.

There are many .mp3 plugins out there actually and we have not yet tested any specific plugin with our theme but you can always embed any audio file using default WordPress embed, also we do have an element for SoundClound that you can use.

I bought the Avada theme 4 years a go. I thought in wordpress it gets upgraded automatic since I put the credentials in the setup on my site. Today I found I have version 3.9.1 and on this site the author talking about version 5.2 and advising of downloading Version 4.3 in order to upgrade from 3.9.x, however I could not find anywhere how to download version 4.3 recently I had problem in google map and theme would do not accept changing the options for the map.

Auto update never updates your theme on its own for you actually, Auto Update only notifies you of an available theme update and than you can simply update it using 1 single click, however since now you are on a very older version of theme you have to do step updates and we have a very detailed article about this that you can read here => http://bit.ly/2pPNngZ

Hey TF,
When setting up a transparent background for header for instance, whole content below it will move up and header itself will get over it as if z-index was defined. Same goes for title bar, if set to be transparent, it will go underneath the header-top area.
Its kind of frustrating not to be able to set the transparency of the header, or other areas without them losing their position.
Is there a way around this?

This is the default behaviour of how transparent color for header works, that is why it should always be used when you either have a slider or an image at the top of the page because if you haven’t than transparent header doesn’t make any sense, however if you still want to use it you can either assign top padding or margin to your body content or to the page title bar.
