Hi, does Avada support Simplified Chinese out of the box? I understand that it supports Traditional Chinese – read from theme description. And I understand it could be translated to other languages. But does it support Simplified Chinese out of the box – without further translation work?

Dear Sirs, good morning. I’m from Brazil. My company works with resale of specialized clothing, jewels and others and I intend to acquire a template and develop it according to my needs. Studying the options maybe the Shop-Classic template. Please inform if on Avada’s Shop-Classic platform I can implement the following functions: 1. Since the products are loaded and cataloged within the template and obviously some kind of visitors could buy online my products but, is it possible to create a custom wedding gift list for each client inside this platform? Each client would have permission to set up their own list within the site after an approved pre-registration upon release of an access permission password by the site administrator. Is it possible? 2. What is the capacity of possible lists to be created and saved within the site? 3. Once the list is created and validated by the site administrator, the bride’s guests (my real client) will access her private list and start to shopping. Is it possible once a particular product is destined for the shopping cart that custom list, that product receives a status of not available, that is, that has already been purchased to avoid other invited bride buy the same product? 1. This will require either a customization or some sort of WooCommerce extension, by default its not an option in WooCommerce to do so, i believe you will need to use a custom product designer for this.
2. There is no capacity cap on our end, it is something that you need to consult with your hosting provider as every thing related to content is saved inside your database and our theme has no issues with it.
3. If its available as a part of WooCommerce it should definitely tell you when the product is run out.
Basically all your 3 queries are related to WooCommerce and not related to our theme, we use WooCommerce for all our ecommerce needs and what i will suggest you to do is post all 3 queries on the WooCommerce platform and they will be able to provide you with a much better response and what plugins to use to achieve this, once you have the required extensions / plugins figured out you can simply install them on our theme and use them.

Hello, I wanted to add the default icons on a page, but realized that the “Icon” feature is not available in my “Content Boxes” and the only option available is to add a custom icon. However, the default icon and custom icon are available on my “Flip Boxes” page for use. Is there an option to turn it on and make it available for use in “Content Boxes”?

I trust I am not misunderstanding your issue as you describe it, but in Avada 5.2.2 you can choose from these Font Awesome icons for the Flipbox and Content Box Elements -> https://d.pr/i/CeVT5H – do you no see that? Can you tell us what version if Avada you are running?

I have some presales questions if you wouldn’t mind answering. I am a photographer so I am mostly concerned with how it handles images.
1. Is Avada retina ready and how does it serve scaled images? Does it use the Srcset attribute?
2. Does it support full screen galleries?
3. Does it support minification and lazy loading, or is that built in?
4. Lastly and maybe just a bonus, is it possible to incorporate a page loading overlay that displays an svg logo?

That is actually a themeforest own element and not from our theme but a lot of our customers have requested this feature so we have the exact same element coming up in our next version that is an advanced version of Sliding Bar area where you can place anything you want and it can be slided in and out from all 4 corners of screen, this version is under beta testing and will be out soon, we suggest you to please wait for our next version and it will be a part of our theme.

I am not sure what do you mean by header? do you mean header as in titles such as H1 to H6 or do you mean the main header that has all your menus and everything else? Only 1 main header can be assigned to the theme but you can change its position from Avada > Theme Options > Header tab.

I have an existing site using the Customizr theme that I would like to transition to the Avada theme. Will installing the Avada theme with the demo sample pages replace my existing content? My concern is losing everything on my live site. My site is www.cookinitreal.com. Thank you for your help!

They will not replace the content actually but add more content to your site depending on what exactly are you looking to import, with our partial import feature of demos we have an option to import only specific parts of any demo so you can uncheck the pages and post and import everything else in this case it will be less work for you to do and your older pages will still work without any issues

I installed Avada on my server. Can I convert the finished page to a client server? Do something else to do with the license?

Yes, you can however once the complete site is migrated you have to delete the Avada from old server as only 1 live site can be used with 1 single license. If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Hi there , I have some ideas for you guys please listen to me 1- try to make theme’s technology more luxury Hmm sorry for this example but make it like The gem theme 2- for demos I recommended you guys to make demos more big and clear more and try to put new Ideas when you designing in the demo on the net cause when I see your demos comparative to others the demos don’t looks good 3- try to see whats new in the world and put it in your theme dear 4- I recommended you to follow The gem theme they really have a nice theme but cause I use Avada and I like Avada I’m advice you now and I’m not an advertisement for theme and if you want delete my comment but just take my advice for you , thanks dear <3

We welcome all kinds of feedback however i am not sure what do you mean by introducing Luxury in technology? i see the theme you mentioned and it doesn’t have its own builder in the first place, they are using Visual Composer while Avada has its own stand alone Fusion Builder that is our own plugin and it has amazing options and features, i will request you to please read more about our Page Builder here => http://bit.ly/2gwIdfX

Allow us to explain to you in detail how bundled plugins work, in regard to theme included plugins, it is not unique to Avada and applies to any theme that includes a plugin:
- The theme purchase includes the Layer and Revolution Slider plugins, at no extra cost
- As of right now, Avada 5.2.2 is the latest version of the theme. The latest version of the Layer Slider plugin is version 6.3.0 and Revolution Slider is version 5.4.5.1
- Because it is plugin territory, the respective plugin authors include a global update call for the plugins and it does not apply to theme included plugins -> http://d.pr/i/C4PWvO
- The next release of Avada will be version 5.3 which will in turn include the latest next version of the Layer and Revolution Slider plugins available at that time
- You can safely ignore/dismiss the plugin authors update notice and it will not affect your site in any way

Yes, you need to use the script tag in this case, however its not an option to add the code on specific pages right now as the header or any global area where the code needs to go is loaded globally for all pages.
