what do you mean with “download the original version”. You always get the latest version of theme and plugins here at ThemeForest. If you like to roll back to an older plugin version, I’m afraid you need to use own backups. How did you update the shortcode plugin and which issue is it causing?

I’m considering brklyn for a photography portfolio. When displaying a portfolio, Is there a way to apply filters to photos directly instead of applying them to projects? I want to be able to apply filters to photos in a project/gallery, or just be able list all of my photos on the main page and allow the site visitor to use filters to see the photos they want.

Hi,
portfolio images are based on categories and you can display a filter based on categories above the portfolio showcase. On single pages you can place another showcase based on other categories. And in the future we will add a filter function to our theme default galleries.

When filtering images by category, is it possible to configure settings so that clicking on one of the filtered images will display a lightbox that only includes the filtered images?
e.g. If i have a group of 30 pictures that belong to 5 categories, and I click on the filter for one of the categories and this leaves me with 4 filtered images. is it possible to configure it so that clicking on 1 of the 4 remaining images opens a lightbox which only shows the 4 filtered images instead of displaying all images in that gallery?

I have the Creative Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme with sections, I noticed too that the menu & scroll arrow doesn’t work on Chrome. I tried to exchange js files with the “chromefix.zip”, I upgraded the theme and plugins to the latest versions but it is still not working.

have you cleared your cache? Plugin cache ( is using one ) and browser cache? The fix definitely works so it can only be a cache thing.

This is a Chrome bug. Please update to the latest Brooklyn version this solved this issue!
I use the lastet Brooklyn version but the result is the same.

Hello, I have some issue with main navigation in Google Chrome (Version 61.0.3163.100) on website: www.djsten.com, it doesn’t scroll. I have installed the latest version of Brooklyn WP theme (Version 4.5.3.1) but it doesnt work. Can you give me a solution for this problem? It is really important for my client, because 78% of visitors use Google Chrome as a browser.

I’ve found the chromefix.zip and updated the plugins. After these steps I empty the page cache and it works fine.

I’ve just dowloaded the theme.
It is great but the plugin One click demo Import doesn’t seem to work. It says “There are no predefined import files available in this theme. Please upload the import files manually!” I have been trying to import the wpml-config.xml from the folder but it doesn’t install anything.
Could you tell me how i can setup the theme instead of creating content from scratch.

Hi I can’t translate strings in theme
I have used poedit and create Turkish translation files tr_TR.po and tr_TR.mo then uplad them in to themes/brroklyn/languages but it does’n work.
