The theme does not have a booking plugin integrated, for room availability you will need to use use a third party solution. We recommend either WooCommerce Bookings or browsing Code Canyon for a popular, high rated hotel booking plugin. All the best.

The theme does not have a booking plugin integrated, only Ninja Forms, as a forms reservation solution. You can integrate a booking solution in the theme, directly or through Ninja Forms. Still, you should ask the developers, before purchasing the solution, if the integration you need is possible, just to make sure. As far as we know, this should work fine.
Our rooms are a custom type of posts, so if your multi-scroll plugin can handle custom posts, it should be fine.

After updating to 2.0 my site did not work properly anymore. I made a backup before updating luckily. I lost my secondary menu, icons, a widget.. Is there a special way to update to the new version?
With the 2.0 version, we moved many of the theme features in the xtender plugin. This is now a core plugin of the theme that you need to install and activate. After you activate xtender, your secondary menu, icons, sidebars and other elements will be displayed fine. All the best.

After last theme update, buttons in displayed ninja forms are stuck in “hover” mode. It only affects buttons as elements within displayed forms, not everywhere. Please advise, does this error relate to the general styling of the theme or the plugin? The problem was not present earlier. Thanks!

1. Does it have all payments related features and functionalities, such as WooCommerce, API development and sand boxing for different payments gateway such as DirectPay, authorize.net, stripes, PayPal, PayMil… ?
2. Full integration, channels, such as booking.com expedia.com or Jovago.com, tripadvisor.com, hotel.com…
3. In terms of reservations, can we block rooms and dates, and does it comes with an availability chart, so that one can see availability at a glance?
4. For the pricing properties pricing, are seasonality and marginal pricing possible?
5.1. Can it handle multiple properties, with multiple room types?
5.2. If the additional services could be pushed further, with ultimate goal of creating packages, with ground handling, such as airport transfers and excursions?
5.3. More importantly on the additional services, can prices be broken down between the different services?
6. Last but not least, taxonomy change for multiple properties, with different hotels names, rooms type…

The theme does not have booking and payment functionalities integrated. We recommend WooCommerce Bookings, but you will have to ask their developers if they have all of these. If you find a booking solution that can satisfy all of these requirements, it should work fine with our theme. All the best.

Great theme – two questions. 1. Working in the included Visual Composer view, I specified some text as bold using , but the text doesn’t show up as bold when viewed in any browser. It is bold when viewed in the VC text block. I’m using Open Sans. Any idea on why bold isn’t visible? 2.I input an API key for automatic theme updates. On my Themes page, I see Luxury has an update. Shouldn’t the theme automatically update?

As for the auto-update issue, I assume you mean Leisure. If you added your info in the TF Username and API Key fields, then the theme should prompt you with the auto-update notification. If you can’t see this notification, let us know and we will investigate on your platform. All the best.

The theme also includes Ninja Forms for reservation forms, if you need a booking system, we recommend WooCommerce Bookings or browsing Code Canyon for a high rated and popular plugin. You can customize theme elements, with any color you want. For chat plugin we recommend Zopim or Drift and MailChimp for emailing functionalities.

I updated the theme and all plugins. But now I have three bugs:
1. The weather icon in the header is missing (http://www.seeblick-eifel.de/) 2. The Ninja form only shows source code but not a booking as before (http://www.seeblick-eifel.de/arrangements/karneval/) 3. And the Visual Composer has no icons (e.g. adding new content, close boxed).
Any idea to these three topics.

This is a known compatibility issue with older Ninja Forms versions. You should update both the theme and Ninja Forms to the current version and convert your forms at Forms > Settings > Advanced Settings. If you still encounter this issue, please open a ticket and we will help you.
I see you have several errors in the page, related to blocked fonts, which are most likely the cause for the icons issues. You should check if there is any third party plugin on your platform or local settings that could block them. If you open a ticket, we can take a look at this also.

This first issue has been solved without any problem. GREAT!!
The second issue with the blocked fonts could not be solved by deactiviting plugins. I removed them one by one, but the icon are still broken.

You can remove the search from the menu at Appearance > Customize > Menus > Menu Settings > Enable Search in Navigation. The contact page template has one map and one location pin, if you wish to add a second map, you need to use the map VC element. All the best.
