As I can see, you are using an outdated version of Impreza, please update the theme to the latest version 4.8, read how to do it easily. Then update all plugins to their latest versions. Don’t forget to make a backup before updating to be in safe.

Yes, the URL (source code) does only request the “latin” subset. So does ours. However, when Google loads that CSS file, you can see it contains more than just Latin. But perhaps that’s normal?
