To change the galleries titles to H1, some custom code is needed. However, to customize the URL slug, you can simply go to your WordPress Dashboard under Settings → Permalinks.

Hi, I upgraded to 2.5. Two problems: - Social icons don’t appears in the “Lens Social Footer Menu”. Social icons don’t appears too in a page with your shortcode “Icon”. see https://lc.cx/gLzY

A question: Is Lens compatible with wordpress 4.9 ?
Two lacks about your theme according to me: -1/ A fullscreen autoplay video -2/ The way to work the full width slider. The images from the edges will still get a percent of the screen and cut from the middle image. Indeed, the slider is made to display the nearby images and remove from the middle on if needed. It’s very sad. I think if we have FULL WIDTH and FULL HEIGHT with no space…your theme would be exceptional. Is-it possible ? For example as this theme: https://goo.gl/L1siZW
I use in this moment the option FULL WIDTH but the images ’s height are truncated. It’s very sad, specially on mobile.

From our tests so far, the theme is compatible with WordPress 4.9 but I recommend to wait for the update when we’ll officially announce that. 
To be honest, I think it’s the first time when somebody asks for full-screen autoplay video.
We’ll think about that, but can’t promise anything yet.
As for the full-width gallery, I’m afraid that I don’t understand exactly the problem you’re facing since can be seen that the images are displayed completely. Please have a look, for instance, at the 4th image from this slider and see the image alone, too.
However, it’s good to know that we’re trying to keep this channel for pre-sales question and for any other questions I recommend opening a ticket using the Theme Help button inside your WordPress Dashboard.

Hi there are some plug in and other issues
Disabling pixlikes causes
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ’<’ in /tmp/theme_temp_setupj4myho on line 2
I couldn’t find any other option than disabling the plug in to remove likes since the likes count cannot be changed, if there is please let me know.
Client link doesn’t work properly
Instead it tries to open the client link within portfolio which results in,
“Oops! That page can’t be found.”
Is there a way to solve this? I see that its been discussed 4 years ago, is there an update on this?

Not sure why are you getting that error when disabling PixLikes plugin. Can you please open a ticket using the Theme Help button inside your WordPress Dashboard to investigate that further? Until then you can hide it from your visitors using the following CSS:
.likes-box {
display: none;
}
As for the other question – please try to flush the permalinks, by going to Settings → Permalinks and simply hit the Save button.

Please update online-documentation.txt file in documentation folder: Knolwledge Base, Installation and Setup video, Open a new ticket go to the same documentation url. You changed the way to open a ticket without updating on doc and on this website.

Hello,
I’m a long term user for this theme. From some months I’ve got an issue with the proof galleries. When I create a proof gallery, if I click on the thumb the picture doesn’t open in a lightbox window but as a full screen in the browser, so I can’t see anymore the arrows or the cross to come back and I have to push on the GO BACK button on the browser.
Is there some option that I wrongly selected that modifies the p galleries?

Actually I have the portfolio as the homepage. Now I would like to have a full width slideshow as a homepage and the portfolio seperately to show through navigation bar in menu. But if I do so, the portfolio does not show about half of the projects. No filters activated. Do you have an idea?

Sorry for the delayed reaction here. Not sure exactly what squares from the Home menu are you talking about. However, if you just want to give a menu item an external link, that’s pretty simple. When editing the menu, just make sure that “Link target” option is checked under “Screen Options” tab so you will get the option under the menu item to open it in a new window.

Hi,
I Bought Lens theme on 27-07-2014 and always worked like a charm. Since the last update of WP (4.8.1) en all it’s plugins, simple default content pages with just some text are not working anymore. Left column is shown, but no menu items. Right side is white. Switching to one of WP’s default themes will show default content again,
My question, do I need to renew my support for this, or do I need to buy a new theme?
