If you just purchased the theme, maybe data isn’t ready yet so try just a bit later. Also, make sure that you are logged in with the Envato account form which you have purchased the theme, and you can also try to clear browser cache and to login again. There is also another way for submitting a ticket: logout, and then enter your purchase code https://www.screencast.com/t/KZvmIx1Bu5 so try that also.

Hello there! In the “Edge Section Title” used for the “What We Offer” page (Bagel theme version), the text set in the “Before title” field is no longer appearing with the handwritten style font. Unfortunately, we haven’t tested these 3rd party plugins with Baker theme so we cannot tell you how they should behave. :/ Also, as you can see we didn’t add these plugins to our theme compatible list.
All official woocommerce extensions will work, but we are not sure for extensions from some other authors because there is huge number of WordPress plugins available we simply can not test them all and cover compatibility with all of them. Hope you understand.

Hi, at first I would like to congrats for this awesome theme. Well done! 
And, I have two issues 
1) when I add some products in the cart, the bag doesn’t show up the pictures; 2) I’m trying to setting up the background image at the title area of all posts and I wasn’t able to do this. I did the upload (Background Image Choose an Image for title area), but the image doesn’t stretch like other pages. I am having an issue with the menu options. Specifically, why the hover on my drop down menu is showing up yellow when none of the settings are set to yellow. It should be dark red. Also, there are some instances, where the hover is blue.

Thanks for getting back to me. The screenshot does not allow me to see what it would look like on display.
Please can you let me know if this carousel image gallery has the ability to display the images horizontally next to each other, across the width of the screen with no spaces in between. Then as the screen size gets smaller, the images reduce in number and do not stack?

Hello there! I did not buy the theme. My client bought and sent me to install. I also received the license of the theme from my client, if it is necessary for me to obtain the support. So, I installed Wordpress 4.7.5, and uploaded the theme as per the documentation instructions. The wordpress returned the success message in the installation, but when I click on activate, it returns the following error message: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in / home / storage / 9/97 / a0 / mediterrain / public_html / wp- Content / themes / baker / framework / lib / edgtf.layout3.php on line 539. How do I proceed to fix this? Thank you!

That is usually an error related to your PHP version on the server. Try contacting your hosting provider and ask them to increase your PHP version to the one suggested by wordpress here: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
For this error, PHP version 5.4 would be enough to work well.
