You can add your CPT using either a child theme or plugin, that is up to what you are comfortable with. If it is implemented correctly then the Avada Fusion Builder can be enabled for that CPT -> https://d.pr/i/nFMxIA

I just purchased your Avada theme, however I need a key to finish registration on Wordpress. When I try to follow the instructions, I get redirected to the Envato home page, and I have tried multiple different ways to get my key. Please help me, I’m not very pleased with it taking so long just to install a theme. I need the key to finish registration on wordpress. Thank you!

I believe by “Key” you mean “Token” actually? as with our post 5.x version you only need to generated a token following the details mentioned here => http://bit.ly/1GrzAgY

Hi i have a question, i already own the theme, the dropdown menu text when clicked, i want it not to change, right now when i hover over the menu item the menu item gets highlighted with a red background, when it is clicked the text also becomes red, i want the text to be white

No ETA can be given right now as 5.3 has lots of stuff to double check before we release it, the features coming in 5.3 are amazing so we need to make sure we provide you with the best and hence BETA testing needs to be done on all new features and fixes, however we will be releasing this as soon as we think its ready

I had updated Avada to version 5.2.2. I did not convert it right away and the website went down – the HTML became the website. Anyway I got support from my hosting site and they were able to convert properly and get the site up properly. However, the visual editing tab no longer works as when I press on it the tab does not open. Also, when I go to change anything in the text/HTML editor tab it will not update on the actual website. I contacted my hosting site and they advised to contact website support (WordPress) and then they advised to contact Avada. Can anyone help me?

I have a pre-sale question:
1) Is it possible to set the header at the bottom of the page and have it move up as user scrolls down the pages like this demo: https://avada.theme-fusion.com/architecture/ but also add the “additional content” section to the top of the header. (E.g. social icons, contact info, tagline…)
2a) Is it possible to set up the demo to have header start at bottom of page like your architecture demo but also display where the user is on the home page like this demo’s vertical header: https://avada.theme-fusion.com/resume/. As the user gets to different sections on the home page, it highlights that icon on the menu bar.
2b) If 2a is possible, can we also set up theme in a non-one page site. For example if the user clicks on menu links it brings them to respected area on the home page (just like your resume demo), however I would like the menu items to also have sub menu links which user can navigate too additional pages on the website.
In other words, I would like to set up the menu like the architecture demo, but include the additional content section to the header. I would also like the menu items to “activate/change color” as user as user scrolls down home page to indicate where they are. However, I would like the website to be more than just a one page website, so to allow the main menu items have sublinks to allow user to navigate to additional pages on the website.

It appears you have already purchased our theme so you must have found answers to your queries but i will still respond to you here in short.
1. The sticky header area only entertain main menu and logo area right now, it can not contain the header content areas for the moment.
2. Definitely possible to do so and we have a very detailed documentation about this that you can read here please => http://bit.ly/23kGEpS
3. That is also possible and the main menu hover color will do this job for you, there are also other styles for this other than the hover only such as pointer and highlight bar.

Pre-sales question just to be sure. From my previous themes I have a collection of plugins for VC and wonder if these can be used on Avada theme without installing the VC plugin?

If any plugin is not VC dependent in order to be used, you can install it with Avada. We cannot grantee 100% compatibility with every plugin available on the ,marker as there are simply too many. If you need to use VC, you can use it with Avada, many do, however you will need to disable the Fusion Builder first

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Hello, I’m having a problem with the mobile view of the theme. In earlier versions, i have overcame this problem, but I can not now and waiting for your help.
In mobile version, I want the images in the gallery, first to be arranged from left to right according to the width and then one under the other. This problem seems, only occurs in the mobile version. Again, I do not want it as one under the other and arranged as a single column like in the picture.

When updating Avada, the fusion sliders does not work, the hamburger button in the mobile version does not work, and the top bar of WordPress is hidden, leaving an empty space above.

Hi, is it possible to set different footer for different pages? Not just one footer for whole site.

Footer is actually included globally across the whole theme so this is not an option to have a different footer or header for each page, you can have different background color but having whole another footer is not possible.
