If you are talking about a transparent background applied on the continuous player. You can do it in the wp-admin>croma-music>music-player>Footer music player background
But if you want to make the whole player invisible, please go to wp-admin>croma>custom css/js and add this code in the custom css field:
.continuousPlayer{ display: none; }

Hi there, I’ve just purchased your theme. I’ve uploaded and activated it but it won’t install 2 of the major required plugins, Demo İmporter and Croma Music. When i use the plugin installer, it says ‘Download Failed. Forbidden’.
Do i need to enable the plugin with a license key or something?
I can not see any Theme Settings or any new tab on the left menu that will take me to the “theme settings”. Is this normal?
In need your help, and to be honest it’d be much appreciated if it could be fast, this is very urgent on my side.

Unfortunately, we never tried RTL…I know that our theme is not 100% compatible yet but I’ve see some guys did it but they had some custom tweaks to do. I assume that they had a very good knowledge of CSS/PHP tho.

You can manually enter your tour informations manually if you plan to use our custom post types.
If you want to use bandsintown, you can embed the official bandsintown list anywhere on the page you want using the widget provided by Bandsintown !

Unfortunately the fixed footer player cannot play SoundCloud tracks. Only mp3 are accepted.
And for now, you cannot fire the fixed footer player with the music slider. User will be redirect to the single music page from where the player will be able to be fired. Thanks
Hello! First I’d like to say congratulations on the great work! I’m building a music oriented site called Greek Music Box and your LowTempo theme is just perfect for me. I’d like to ask a question though. I have made another page using the video-list template, but have two issues: When I chose an artist in the Videos Query section, I still get the videos as in the video-list demo. It doesn’t use the filter. Second question – is there any way to have a videos-list page, but to be able to chose the videos which will be there – video query by video and not artist?

To add something – when I make a new page and use videos-list as template, shouldn’t that only add style to the page without the 6 lowtempo videos? If I add videos (the ones I want) to the page and have videos-list as template chosen, then I get my videos + the 6 videos from the videos-list. If I choose default-template, then the 6 videos are gone, but the style isn’t same.

Hello Alexandre, Thanks for the response! I already managed almost everything that I need. I got one question though – When opening the site on a Mac with Safari browser, there is a black rectangle that I fail to find in CSS and so on to fix. The site is www.greekmusicbox.com if you have any time and will to check. It’s perfectly visible on the CONTACT page (can be reached from top menu). I found it to work fine in Chrome, but in Safari this black rectangle is fixed and on a 2K (and bigger) screens it looks bad. Any help to make this go full scale on Safari will be appreciated.

Hello Alexandre! Thanks a lot! It was indeed a zoom out in the Safari on the Mac, I failed to notice for a long time. I saw it fine in Chrome on the same 2K Mac screen and on EVERY other PC, but on Safari the black rectangle was there and not going away … Now that I went to 100% everything is just fine! Thanks for the great theme! Unfortunately, I have a problem with the part where I can customize the font settings (Typography).
If I change the setting: Font Weight to for example 800 and save the changes, it jumps back to the default (900). Could this please be fixed or is there a workaround for this?

Wonderful template, just please add the volume control thing… the visitors are going crazy!!

We ran some drive test and benchmark a long time ago with another of our themes and it shown us that only 2% of our visitors used the volume control. That means 98% of users didn’t notice the volume controller. Perhaps it’s something we should re-add in a future update but for now, we don’t plan to add this in short terms.
I will add the feature to our roadmap tho.

This theme is the WORST! The author is playing a guessing games by making suggestions instead of offering a working product. Either I want a working theme or a full refund!

If you plan to use the custom player, you can only upload mp3 tracks, no Spotify tracks.
You can however embed any Spotify players on any pages.

I love this theme for my website. Its perfect but i’m running into one issue. The audio player has this gradient in the background that I can’t get rid of. Is there any way to remove that from the audio player widget and the player appended to the bottom of the page?

Hi! I am thinking of buying your theme for a customer who is a voice over talent. Is there a trial version for your theme? Or could you answer the following questions: 1. We would like to have a page showing different videos. Some of the demos have a page with embedded videos. Is it easy to upload new videos in the back end, so my customer can do this herself later or does she actually need to add thml code? 2. In the same way we would like to embed audios. E.g. like in the demo http://irontemplates.com/demos/?theme=KPop, but not grouped into albums, just as a list (embedded) so people can easily listen to the different tracks. Also again is there an easy way to upload those demos in the back end? 3. All the demos can be customized regarding colors, sizes, background,...? Thanks a lot!

For the video, I recommend that you embed a YouTube or Vimeo players in your page. its very easy to do.
Same thing for your music. You can either have an album with all your tracks, or create a page with either Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube, Apple Play, Bandcamp players into it..
And yes, all the demos can be customized.
Our theme is very flexible.
The best way to get started with our theme is to import the demo. Install the theme and its required plugins, then go to WP-Admin > Tools > Demo Content Install and you will see there all the demos available. Choose your favorite. Then you will only have to change the images, texts and color by your own assets.
Take note that when you import the demo, this completely swipe your actual content by the demo’s one. It’s often the best way to get started.
Also, our theme is powered by Visual Composer WordPress plugin. VC is a premium plugin (worth $34) which we have included for free in our theme that allows you to build your layout using a drag and drop editor. So to add modules to your homepage, you simply add new module and drag and drop where you want them. It’s pretty easy but it requires a little learning curve. Now I want to post different audios, which are not in an album – since it’s not music but voice mixes. I use the included Audio Player in Visual Composer. For that under Discographies I added a new album with a few tracks. Is there any way not to show the album cover or change the size? If I try to do so, e.g. add this code to custom css: .iron-audioplayer .album .album-art img { width: 100px; }
it does not overwrite the setting in iron-audioplayer.scss
Where and how can I do this?
Or is there a different way to easily post audios uploaded into the backend without an album cover?

If you want to hide the album cover from the discography pages, add this to your custom css:
