I’m sorry is not possible on Sonik, continuous play (ajax) was incompatible with other cool functions we wanted to add to this theme. But don’t worry we have almost ready a new one, similar to Sonik, but with many more cool functions and a blazing fast performance, that has continuous play and a super cool player. Will be out in about a month (I hope).

No because they discontinued the API and even thou we created a SoundCloud importer, they don’t provide access anymore. Technically there is no problem in adding a soundcloud player for any release or even any track, the difference is that you will have the soundcloud player in the page and not playing via the player of the theme.

Hello, yes that one. The theme adds quite a lot of custom shortcodes to achieve very unique designs all via drag and drop. The plugin is provided in “bundle” license, which means we have an extended license and we provide the updates after testing them and adapting the plugin version for the use within the theme.

The issue you are describing can be related to 3rd party plugins breaking the ajax loading.
Please deactivate any plugin not provided with the theme and reactivate them one by one after each test until you find which one is responsible of your actual problem.
Also, please go to Settings > Permalinks and click “Save” (this small trick can solve about 70% of cases).

Hello, no you create a release and separately you create a product. The product can be a single track with downloadable 320K quality song, or a zip with a full album, while in the player is recommended to upload cropped 64 or 128k samples (as all the music stores) for a better performance specially from mobile, and to avoid any possible direct access to the files on behalf of hackers.
The release is a “showcase” of the album, and you can add for each track or full album the numeric ID of the WooCommerce product, so this will be automatically added to the cart, without the customer seeing at all the WooCommerce product page.
In practice, the album will act as product page, for a better performance, flexibility and design than WooCommerce.

How can I change the permalink for QT places? I want the url to look like /venues/taj-mahal instead of /places/taj-mahal

There is a QT Place called Taj Mahal. A concert is help at Taj Mahal, so I am creating an event. While adding new event, it is asking for Place details. Can I link that event place with QT Places? I don’t want to add details again but more than that, I want them to have interlinked at event page.
Hello, i know we had an agreement as we have with any customer saying you can report bugs and malfunctionings here even thou you don’t have a support license, but now you are sking for regular support and customizations.
If we provide support to you without a valid support license, it makes no sense for all the other customers to pay for the service.
And please note that support is much more expensive than what we actually earn out of it, so still is a money loss for us, but providing it for free will grant a total fail of the business.
So if you need help in this procedure, you need a valid support license running.
We already had customers complaining because they correctly paid the support and they saw we were providing it to other people for free, so they felt dumb for paying for it, which is unfair and we can’t do it again.
So please if you need help, as every other customer, purchase a support license, and we will be very happy to help you.

Well actually you can’t bring the location in the event but you add the location detail directly to the event, and then you can create a map with the events This can be done.
If you mean that in the event you select the pre-existing location created in the QT places, so that the event will refere to the location, this function doesn’t actually exist but can be added, because it makes totally sense also for all of our other themes.
You are the first one asking for this but we discussed about it and makes sense to add it, so basically the answer is yes.
Is not a small change so you may need to wait a week more or less to have it.

Hello, actually this shortcode has no ID attribute, the only way for now is to temporary create a custom artist category for those 3 artists (for example the name of the event) and use it to filter the results.

Hello, sorry to contradict you, but the theme works very well (see video below) and the issue comes FOR SURE from another plugin, as the theme never uses the function causing the problem.
I just recorded a video to proof this:

1) the theme works perfectly 2) the theme does not use the function you are mentioning AT ALL 3) You see in the last part of the video that I performed a broad search across the entire project that the function is present only in a test plugin we use locally and in WooCommerce, NOT in the theme.
UPDATES: We are constantly working on theme updates by the way, and regarding your previous request, you can always download theme updates and new versions are coming every month with improvements and bug fixes.

I can’t exactly point out which part of MySQL solved it. Entire day I was optimizing, re-configuring mysqld. I also thought W3TC was causing more errors so diabled using it.

Hello, just finished checking the theme and will answer yur email asap, but I reply here for all the people reading: the issue you mention results correctly fixed in the latest theme version. If you are not seeing the menu in mobile, or in resolutions < 1280px, it can be one of the following cases:
- the theme update didn’t go through correctly, please try updating again using the provided envato theme updater
- You still have a cached version of the CSS in your browser: be sure to force-reload the page after cleaning the cache of your browser manually
Once we get to your email we will see if there is any other cause. I’ll be back in minutes.

Hello, i’m sorry but we were looking at the wrong thing, everybody was saying “menu” shile actually both menus (mobile and desktop) were appearing correctly.
What was not appearing was the BURGER BUTTON. This issue was happening only at 1280px exact.
Anyway, now is fixed for real and it will be available for update in few minutes (you’ll get an email from Envato).

Hi, that’s not a theme thing depends only on your browser and on your wp/server caching settings.
The theme is very beautiful and functional. Unfortunately, the CSS fix is only of limited use. The menu is not displayed at a resolution of 1024 pixels. I hope that a solution will soon be found here, which is unfortunately useless

1) Yes you have a switch in the customizer. You can also divide events in past and upcoming using event categories and link to the 2 categories from the menu.
2) Sure, every post type can choose between load more and pagination

Hello and thanks for the request. Well in our demos we actually uploaded about 40 hi resolution pictures. If you check with Chrome you can see that over 20MB are only JPG images.
This means that you want a fast website you can for sure compress them more and obtain a much faster result.
Also we don’t use any caching or compression which may improve performance as well.
The demos are also displaying the pages with every type of shortcode and element possible, to showcase every possibility, but is very rare that a website chooses to have such a big and complex page, so it’s a bit of an extreme case.
Another SUPER heavy component is WooCommerce, which is active on all of our themes. We found out that the WC plugin itself causes the PHP to respond 3 seconds later, so if you are not planning to use it, you won’t for sure have ANY delay that you see in the demo

First of all, the messages were always answered within short time, and the understandable explanation of the issue you had was only provided on the 25th August, then you had a reply a couple of days after.

We listen to the issues and provide solutions, but if the problem is not well explained or the customer doesn’t apply the fix correctly, I’m sorry but that can’t be our responsability.
We have 6 thousands of customers, they all understand the technical times required for certain fixes and explain the problems in a clear way, then they apply the fixes without problems. I did not want to go into details of dates or captures, on August 17 I sent you the first e-mail referring to the problem of the menu (as you can see in the capture that you have published) and you replied saying (two days later) that there was No problem, that was the responsive. From August 17 to today, 13 days have passed, or almost two weeks.
I’ve replaced the main.css inside sonik / assets / css and re-cleared the browsing and cache data, and the problem persists. The menu items are still unseen, my web is open so they can check it.
I do want to get in the details instead, and make public the truth so that people know that the accusations are not consistent.
You don’t want to get in detail because that proofs you are wrong.
Is our duty to defend our company reputation from false accusations, because we put 100% of our effort every day, and accepting to be blackmailed and offended with false statements is not part of our policy.
If the problem persists for you, just change theme please. You had a screenshot proof that the fix works, the rest is not our duty.
We treat with respects the customers that does the same.
It’s been proven that you wrote lies about response times, that you didn’t explain the issue correctly if not after 2 weeks and that you tried blackmailing us with public accusations and bad rating for nothing.
You asked a refund and it was providen within minutes. As you are not one of our other 5300 satisfied customers, I don’t understand what you are still complaining about.
You won’t receive any more answer on this topic that became a useless waste of time.

It’s been two weeks since I reported the error (better or worse explained, to the understanding, few words suffice), and although they have recognized the error, and have worked on it, they still have not repaired it.
I paid my license, I installed my theme, I left it all set up, just in case I did not fix the menu error. I wrote them by e-mail, I wrote them in the forum, and they spent several days without an answer. Only when I qualified with a star and left a bad comment have decided to get to work on a solution. You prefer to return the money, and to enter into speeches, instead of giving me a valid solution, and that I be happy with your product, pay again the template and change my rate as I said.
It is a pity that they do not know how to fix the error, because as I said I like their template and I would love to work with it.
The return has not yet been made effective, so my copy is still legal.
By the way, where is the update supposed to come out in an hour? I think they prefer to lose a client (or several) rather than solve their recognized error.
If they do not know how to fix the error, at least treat them with education and respect to their customers.

Well you asked to change the “fa” icon, the blue diamond is the button. So we provided the info to change the icon not to delete it.
If you want to have transparent button background instead of seeing the rhombus, in the same file change the class of the enclosing link:
