Just bought the template, and i will like to remove two pages prices and teams. when i do that the menu names still remain in place. how do i get rid of the extra menu i don’t need.
I seem to not be able to see mobile and tablet version, is this because I need more downloads for this to work, I have not loaded it up yet to server, till I know it will work on all devices…Sinera V.2.1
Hello, click on Tablet or Mobile in the Adobe Muse overview. There you can edit the mobile and tablet version.
Hi there, I accidentally purchased the ODRA theme instead of the SINERA theme. Would you be able to refund me so I can purchase the SINERA theme? I have purchased the template and been playing with it. How do I make sure that the mobile/tablet version is based on the webversion which I have designed? I have crossed the option “redirect from desktop” in page properties.
Hello, adobe muse design in desktop, tablet and mobile is individually. So if you edit the design in the desktop version is not edit automatically the tablet and mobile version. cheers, MuseFrame

Great theme, glad we purchased it. One big issue though! The mobile version of the website is super slow, and really doesn’t seem to work at all. Scrolling is painfully slow on an iPhone 6 and Samsung galaxy 5 (haven’t tried on other devices). Any suggestions? We haven’t made any changes yet, so is loading your original file.

Hi – also the tablet version seems to be suffering the same problem – scrolling slowly, parallax images not in correct locations – the desktop version is fantastic, but the mobile versions seem to be missing something?
update! still not working on iPhone or iPad, but works perfectly on android?
Hello, we check the Onepage and Multipage Version on iPhone and iPad and when i click on a menu point ist work normal! The bug may not be in template when it quickly loads the Android but not on IOs ! that browser you use and you check it with wifi or 3G / 4G speed? cheers, MF
Hi! thanks for the reply, yes we are using the one page version. Its not the menu thats not working, its the whole one page, when i scroll it is very jumpy and laggy. Tried on iPhone, iPad, 3G, wifi, different browsers for iOS, not really sure why it is doing it?

i have two questions if you please 1- in the homepage in the last section “the customer reviews” when i add comments and images for my customers , the image for the first one shows on every customer even though i uploaded an image for each one?
2- in the portfolio page after i uploaded the images , when i click on any one it must show an automatic slide show , it just show the dimensions of the image 1600*1200 as default

1. under the “consumer reviews” you have 3 squares, when you click on it you come to the next image and text. make a double click on the image to select it an click (right mouse button) replace image.
2. make a double click on the portfolio images, you see now a blue circle on the right. click on it and go to “Show Lightbox during the processing” Now you see the image in the Lightbox. when you select it you can change the dimensions. > when you make 3 clicks on it you see a orange frame with it you can change the view position.

I’m just trying to modify it now and had a problem – how can I disable the scroll bar for lightbox? The content pops-up fine but it still scrolls the rest of the page which I do not want it to do.

hey, sorry i overlook the message. when you select the portfolio image (2 or 3 click on it a image) you see a blue dot in the right. click on it and turn play automatically off. regards, mf
hi, thanks for the template, I just have one question (that I hope isn’t a stupid one). You said in an earlier comment that we have to customise the 3 templates to suit desktop, mobile and tablet – my question is, once I build the desktop site, does all the info and everything I have done transfer to the the other two templates? If not that is is fine for initial setup, but moving forward, whenever I want to make a change to my desktop layout do I have to manually make the changes to the mobile and tablet layouts as well?

all templates dektop, tablet and mobile you need to edit them individually! When you change anything in the desktop version its not automatically change in tablet or mobile.
maybe there will be something times in adobe muse 
the good thing is that you can everything adjust or modify individual in desktop, tablet or mobile.

I’m noticing that the second background image (“Contact us for more information) for the mobile version is not showing live (just a white space). It will show in the preview of muse. But it is not showing on my phone. Any clues? Thanks again
Hey, i will check it! The best you select the white space, and set the background image new. select the white space > got to “fill it” > go to “select image” and add a image you want. regards, museframe
That’s my point. No white space shows up on under DESIGN. And even when I go under PREVIEW, it shows up fine there as well. But when I publish it and view the page on my phone, that background image disappears. It was doing that both with the image you provided and after I replaced that image with my own. Thanks again for your help.

when i replaced my logo on all page replacing SINERA , when i scroll my logo disappeared , although in the template the ” Sinera” stays in the white header. please assist me

Hey,
select your Logo and go to “Scroll Effects” in your menubar. Select “Motion” and set the first “Initial Motion” to 1 (up and down) an all the others to 0. Now your Logo stay in the position when you scroll. Hope this help. regards, MuseFrame

Hey, thanks. go to goggle maps a set you adresse. down > right in the map you see a „gear“ icon click on it and click on > Share and embed map now you se a html code its start with <iframe src=„…… copy this complete code. In the documentation under “point 12” you see how it goes

Hello. I bought the templante and when i opened with the latest version of adobe muse cc I get an error message saying you need the latest muse to open this template. How I can do? Adobe muse cc is not compatible with this template? What version do I need?

yes it is compatible with Adobe Muse CC but at version 2014 (8.0) as in the description: Compatible with Adobe Muse 8.0 and above! If you have an older version you can make a free update of adobe muse to the newest version. and then it will work. regards dk
Hello, I’ve installed the theme and really like it. Small issue I just noticed is extra whitespace under the footer on the home page. It’s not on the other pages and I can’t seem to identify any issues in the muse file. Thoughts?

Thanks for the reply. It’s the multipage. In your live view demo it also shows the whitespace below the footer block. But only for the homepage, which is strange since it uses the same page master.
