The error that you’ve got is usually caused by the broken paths to the images on the page (it can be featured image on posts/projects, background image, or image added with the help of the Image shortcode). It happens after deleting images from the Media Library, but the paths to those images remain on the posts and it brakes the script.

I have a href on the phone number at the top, but want to track clicks. Is it possible to add a to the phone number at the top? When I try to add it to the “Header Custom HTML” the HTML disappears.

The matter is that devices with Retina displays have a higher pixel density than traditional displays, that’s why the theme has opportunity for adding another logo exactly for the Retina displays. After uploading the specific size for retina, the logo look oversized and made the menu navigation on the side goes haywire. So I was thinking whether can I disable the retina functions.

As stated in the product description, images aren’t included in the theme package, they are substituted with placeholders. According to the license terms, we can’t distribute them. Appreciate your understanding.
Concerning the sliders – the theme comes with a demo slider content import file. After you import it, you will have the same slider as we have on our demo, except that the background images will be absent and you will need to add your own instead. Our license does not allow us add background images to the download package, but all the other slider elements and settings, including timings will be imported.

Please make sure that you are using the latest theme version available on the Themeforest. To update the theme just download the newest archive, unzip it and upload the new theme version on your server (please make sure there are no nested folders). You can rename the theme you used previously (for example, adding “-old” after the theme name) – in this way the old theme will be backuped on your server.

Concerning the contact form setup – please make sure to add the email address to the Contact form shortcode settings while editing the page with the form.
Don’t forget to add all the fields you used to your Message Composer, as shown on the example screenshot. Just click on all the fields you used save changes. Then message received when contact form is submitted, will include the entered information.

Hello , just purchased the theme and i am getting tired about 2 hours trying to activate the sliders , non works with the purchase code , I cant update them and cant submit tickets on their sites because they didn’t recognize my purchase code from envato . As for the messages concerning purchase code – as developers we are the owner of proper purchase code exactly for Revolution and Layer Sliders. Slider licenses prohibit us from distributing sliders purchase codes, that’s why we cannot provide it. Theme purchase code won’t be accepted in slider as it refers to a completely another product. But please note that purchase code isn’t required for slider functioning, it allows to get plugin updates via dashboard, it’s not necessary as updates will be provided in theme updates on the Themeforest. Or you can always contact us to get the latest slider version via email.
