Hi, one question before buying (to my new client). In the portfolio image, is it possible to make it Hover Style Zoom in, not rollover left, right, etc?
My new client want’s hover zoom effect like on images for his featured image. PLease advise if possible.

The Zoom in and out hover is only available for our image frame element right now, the featured images have their own featured rollover that you see in our demos, it can not be replaced by the zoom effect of featured image.

That is simply because of the lesser content on the pages so please make sure that you enable the Sticky Footer option from Avada > Theme Options > Footer > Footer Styling
However on my own MacBook Air i do not see this issue instead i see this => http://prntscr.com/h2avi3

I could not find this type of element in fusion builder elements. Is it possible to extend fusion builder with more elements (plugin)?
In the ‘ultimative-addons-for-visual-composer’ plugin would be exactly the needed element but that of course means i have to install vc at first.
Is it possible to enable vc only for some pages and stay with fusion builder for all other pages?
Or maybe it’s much easier than expected and i can gain the needed behavior with the current fusion builder and some css?

Product Reviews and Blog Comments – when I post reviews or a comment the whole page reload is it normal? shouldnt it just add the comment without reloading the page. when i send a product inquiry the page doesn’t reload.

That is correct as we use default WordPress function there and that is not ajax based so the page is needed to be reloaded in this case, you can use a 3rd party comment plugin if you are looking to get some specific type of comment features, if you need further assistance with this please open a support ticket and our team will gladly assist.

1. Yes, this is possible be creating this area in revolution slider it will just take some additional layers and you should be able to get the same layout.
2. That is not a default option in our theme, we do have breadcrumbs but they appear on the Page Title Bar in our theme as can be seen here => http://bit.ly/2pFK73v

There are two ways that you can install demo content:
- Installing the entire demo of your choice as explained in this help file -> http://bit.ly/1qXnE1J – this is done at the click of a button
- Or via the Fusion Builder, you can pick and choose individual demo pages to import, from any demo you wish as explained here -> http://bit.ly/2fQnkzp
To edit the newly imported page content or any other page/post content you will be using the Fusion Builder to edit and manage the content. It is very intuitive and easy to use as explained in this help file -> http://bit.ly/1LZY2p8

Hi, i want to create restaurant website. Is it possible to design with avada ? Can anyone guidance for me?
The restaurant has 3 branch office so 4 place. Reservation form is suitable for 4 place (people must select branch office). Also i want form for events bid. People must be select suitable date and suitable branch office -saloon on restaurant after that restaurant will send to him/her bid for event.

I have been trying to login to your support center and the redirect goes only to wp-login.php screen.
We are noticing “wp_remote_post() failed” under the Avada system status. Our hosting platform has advised that Envato is not blocked. Can you provide an IP range for us to whitelist to prevent this issue?

Hi Support,
We are facing issue with displaying comments form on single post page, we have tried following options but nothing is working for me.
1) Check options in discussion setting, 2) Enable settings from theme option > Blog > Blog single post and post meta 3) Enable setting from theme option > Extra > Miscellaneous >> Comments on Pages
Also we have updated all theme and WordPress updates to there latest version.

Basically those guys are using background image there and that design layout you see is definitely possible with Avada however the menu style will require some custom CSS work to get the exact same styling.

This is your front page and you can not change its permalink from the page editor, you will need to go to WP Dashboard > Settings > Reading and change the URL of front page from there please, if you simply edit any other page you should see the ability to change the URL / Permalink.

Hi there, I’m wondering: can I use a filterable portfolio AND infinite scroll together?
For example, let’s say by default I have 9 items displaying on first load in “all”, out of 100 items total. Of the initial 9, only 3 are categorized as “Comedy” even though there are 30 comedy items in total. If the user clicked “comedy” would infinite scroll kick in and start loading the rest of the comedy items?

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Are you changing the primary color value? it works from the primary color most of the links / hover in our theme however the link color can be set from Avada > Theme Options > Typography > Body Typography
