Hi there! Please advise on the (Image gallery) I can’t seem to upload more than 4 images. I tried the (stm) gallery which is working fine but you cant view the other images in enlarged view (go to view next image) You can only view enlarged image and then close again to view next enlarged image. Please help with a solution. thank you.

By Default theme loading different icons for mobile and PC (as you can see in the demo), but if you will change it in the settings, the site will load one icon for PC and mobile devices too.

Hi, I just purchased your theme and I’m very shocked and disappointed that the slider is not included. Please provide the slider template files. Why do you have 4 different sliders in your demo but you don’t provide them? I feel that is false advertisement.
I have the slider rev demos in: smarty_wp.2.9\smarty\inc\demo\home-2 … why is your documentation so bad that it is not mentioned anywhere? I have to search through all files to find this myself. 1 star for documentation

It seems, there are some misunderstandings.The Revolution Slider plugin is included in the theme and demo content contains demo sliders as well.
Could you please clarify did you install all required plugins and import demo content?

Yes, I have imported demo content. Activated rev slider but no demo sliders were there. I had to manually find where the sliders are and import them through the import feature in rev slider.
So to clear this up: 1. I installed all plugins 2. I installed demo content 3. I realise no sliders and only 1 image were imported. 3. I search documentation where to find sliders, find nothing. 4. I search files in the .rar theme folder and find template files and manually import them.
I assume that there must have been an error during the import which lead to the sliders not being imported. Apologies for my previous message, I understand that those errors can happen due to many reasons.
PS: You can still add to your documentation: If slider import fails, go to this folder and manually import sliders …

Demo content may be imported incompletely due to low PHP configuration limits on your Server. Here is a list of the minimum required limits:
max_execution_time 600 memory_limit 128M post_max_size 32M upload_max_filesize 32M
We will improve a documentation of the theme ASAP.

Please go to Smarty > System Status and check your PHP version (it need’s to be more than 5.6.), if it okay, please disable all third-party plugins, clear browser/site cache, update theme/plugins to the last version and check the issue again.

Hi! I have a presale question: My client is a teacher and I would like to use your theme tu build a website where he can drop files in each of his course. For example he would have : Course MATHS-1 with many units inside, and each unit contains PDF or Doc files that student’s can download. Sure, there is an Icon Box module where you can set the link to the needed file. Moreover, you can drag & drop and copy any section of the page if it is necessary.

Unfortunately, there is no such option in the theme. It needs to customize the theme templates via the Child theme in order to include custom post type for parents.
If you don’t have an experience in web developing, you can offer such changes in our theme customization department.

Hello, demo setup is completed successfully. We have access to all content. However, the header is not transparent in the sample context. White and menu names are not read.
