On a Mac and using latest version of Safari and Chrome. When using the Soulmedic page builder to edit content when I select a column with a text box inside the box is blank. I can’t select visual or text for that box to edit content. It’s like the builder won’t load. Is this a browser/cookies/flash issue or does the site need to be updated?

Hi, great theme but I have run into a problem. I am trying to add a featured image to a custom post which is created by another plugin, however, there is no Featured Image Metabox available to add a featured image.
I have searched online and found a previous answer you gave 3 years ago to the same question which was

Because of some license issue, we have not included those images. Place holder images will be present instead of original image. You need to replace your own images. I want to change this default image that appear without featured image in post! In the past files, you have this code to call the placehold image in sociable_shortcodes.php , but with your updates in theme files, now you don’t have file sociable_shortcodes.php , and I want to change the featured image that appears WITHOUT put any featured image in posts or events, etc. I want to change it to a default grey image without “IMAGE” text. I am building the website on localhost. There is a huge vertical space between the MENU items and the slider which I feel is because of the height of the logo. Is there a way I can make the MENU items independent of the logo height and align the MENU items closer to the slider?

It seems that you have uploaded the image with more than 198*40 pixel resolution. So, that only it displays the header like that. Kindly upload the logo image with the above resolution and check out the issue.

Get into Admin panel > SoulMedic > Integration > General > Custom CSS > Enable Custom CSS > Yes > Pasted the below css code inside the text area > Save All.

1) OK, Thank you.
2 ) As of now we have only updated the theme to be compatible with the Visual Composer plugin. So, if you want to use it you have to rebuild the home page using “Visual Composer Builder ”. There you have to add a shortcodes manually.
And our page builder works with only newly created pages and not with the dummy pages that are created using the “Import Option”. But you can easily create our demo content via the sample layout.
