You just need to upload images that are at least 550×550 px and then use plugin Regenerate thumbnails to apply new image sizes, since at the moment you are using small featured images for your portfolio items.

Please, note that those stuff are authorized and we purchased most of theme on ShutterStock and VideoHive, so if you want to use it on your live website, you should buy your own licence.
