Hi,
The installation on a virgin site is a failure! Problem with fusion builder, I installed the patches. When I want to edit a page, I can not click on the tabs “visual” / “text”, the content is invisible … the theme is new, how is it possible ???
error :

The problem is solved, I deleted a user and I recreated one.

Is it possible to make the search bar like a regular search bar and put it in the top left corner (i.e. not have to click on a search icon for the box to pop up)?

This error / notification is not familiar to me at all, this is not from our theme for sure so please try and disable all your 3rd party plugins to see where its coming from 1 by 1.

HI There! Pre Purchase Question: I anticipate minor style customizations and perhaps a few plugin additions (BackupBuddy etc) Do you recommend using the child theme to preserve changes? I typically use a child theme, however, avada’s multiple demos and options make it likely I will find what I need. Thanks!

We do provide a child theme of our own along with theme full package so yes you can simply install it and use it straight away, however plugins do not require a child theme at all and you are definitely welcome to join this community

I’m just wondering if both Avada 5.2.2 and Avada_Child_Theme 1.0.0 are compatible with this latest WordPress 4.8.3 Security Release (specifically the required plugins… Fusion Core and Fusion Builder). Have there been any issues with any of the bundled plugins after updating to WP 4.8.3? I’m just wanting to be certain before proceeding with this update. Thank you!

You guys really need to work on your footer section. We need to be able to have a multi level footer, with different column numbers and widths, with many different widgets. Unfortunately Avada doesn’t support this. You should look at the Wiz theme to see how they do it. You can go nuts and have a 3 or 4 level footer with different column configurations and about a dozen widgets.

In our theme you can put multiple widgets in one single widget section so in a way you can have multiple sections in the menu, you can also put a container at the top of each page to set more widgets or custom code inside it, however we are always listening to our customers and you can send us your feature request to support@theme-fusion.com please.

Yes, I know you can stack widgets, but this is still restrictive. You can’t have a 3 column section followed by a 4 column section, with a different background, for example. You can indeed add a section to a page, but then you have to add it to every page, which is cumbersome and time consuming.

Hi, Im considering Avada for another client project.I like the simple AVADA demo. But I do not want to take the demo dump. Is there any way to find out what elements to use and how to style them to achieve same result. Also how much does adding license cost?

Without a doubt its possible however you need to know which element is being used and this can be done by either inspecting the code inside inspector tool or by simply looking at what element is used if you have good know how of Avada elements, also with our new version of theme we now have ability to import any single demo page we want and this can be done via our Fusion Builder Library than you can delete the unwanted parts of that pages, you can read more about this here => http://bit.ly/2lLRowS
The license costs same no matter how many times you purchase it, the license is individual for each installation and will still cost you the same.

I am afraid there is some misunderstanding on the second part, Avada is indeed the best WordPress theme but its a ready made theme and all you need to do is go ahead and install it to use it, no other HTML template is required with Avada.
