Hi, If I am going to purchase Avada for my client and install it in a subdomain/staging, once I migrate the site to live environment, will the license be included or I need to purchase again?

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Since I’ve purchased the theme I did not use the portfolio. And today, I ran into an issue. I go to Portfolio > Add New > Update Button and when I go to the page’s permalink I am getting 404 error… What am I missing?

Please go to WP Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and make sure that you have set the permalinks to postname from there and then click on Save button once.

Hi! I have a pre-purchase question. Can I add a top bar which includes a logo, search bar, log in button and a Hamburger NAV Manu? I want to have a regular NAV placed in the regular menu space but its important that I can also add a secondary Hamburger Menu at the top as well. Please let me know, thanks so much!

I have a client that’s running Avada version: 3.0.1 with a child theme. They can’t access their license as it was bought by a different developer so they’ll have to buy a new license. Pre sales question- I really like the Avada Gym demo but I don’t have any experience with your built-in builder, I’m more comfortable with visual composer. If i want the site exactly like the demo, will I have to use your built-in builder??

The Live Preview of the Avada theme appears to be broken. When you click the live preview button and then try to set the theme to boxed it doesn’t respond. I’ve tried this in 4 different browsers & none of them work. I’m interested in purchasing this theme but I’m concerned because it appears to have technical issues.

Hello, sorry for my newbie question!
i’m using the “cafè avada” theme and i’m adding a “Pre-Built Page” from the “modern shop” theme using the Fusion Builder .
Now, the page is ok, but all e-commerce options don’t show product but only text like this: [recent_products per_page=”15″ columns=”5″ orderby=”date” order=”desc”].
What i need to do in order to show products on this page?

Hello, I have a problem with a folder wp-content/uploads/fusion-scripts, which is 3,7GB. Reset Fusion Caches doesn’t work for me. Is it safe to delete this folder manually? Thank you.

That is way too large size for that folder, do you have a lot of users on your site? however yes you can delete the folder manually from there and it should be all good

There is no exact ETA for 5.3 available as its a major update and takes sometime for it to be completed and tested however its in Beta Testing mode and will be out very soon.

Hello Ammar! Thanks for the information. I wait it, because i have a problem with fusion-scripts. ( .js files being continualy created in fusion-scripts folder, and i read the following on themefusion forum: “Our developers have found the issue and fixed it for the avada 5.3. So once avada 5.3 will be released you will not see any issues with the compiler. For now if you want to enable the compiler, you will have to manually delete the extra generated files to keep your storage free.” But my hosting is not unlimited, so is must delete manual these bug severel times a day… so i hope the 5.3 version or a patch coming soon.)

You will always get CSS validation errors. Most of the elements are not valid under W3 rules as of now. You can simply ignore these errors and move ahead. Just make sure you do not have any other validation issues (i.e. errors in console) other than those with HTML attributes. If so you are perfectly fine.
The problem is that, at present, most of the modules have yet reached the status of becoming an official W3C Recommendation, as such any of these specifications could in theory be changed at time, particularly those that are still in the early stage of development.
Obviously browser vendors (with the exception of course of our beloved friend Microsoft) are keen to support these up and coming specifications, however as they are still at an “experimental” stage of development it is necessary for the various properties to be implemented using vendor specific extensions in order to avoid any possible conflicts with current or future specifications. We are equally keen to implement these latest techniques in our theme as browser support, along with interest from the wider community.
If you validate simplest and most used web page available on internet, you will see errors there too.

Hi, I want to change the “SKU” text into “Product Code”. I use a powerhouse of a server on a google platform and they are reporting that your theme in conjunction with fusion are using up many of the resources. This is very troubling news. I just switched from good store for this exact reason. Feedback would be appreciated. And please, I dont want to have to create an account to then create a ticket. Thank you.

We have customers who are using Avada on shared hosting / servers without any issues, i have a personal site hosted on BlueHost shared hosting and it performs like a charm and has no such issues or requirements, the only requirements for our theme are listed here and if your server / hosting meets those you should have no issues using Avada at all, please check the detailed document for it here => http://bit.ly/1SyarGK
