Hello, I bought the theme Kids World and now, I would like to change the colour of the background in the rev Slider. I can’t find this option in the plugin “Revolution Slider” and I know it’s on the header slider. Please, could you tell me how can I change it? The html code where I found the colour is here:

You can edit slider background color with below path..
Admin > Revolution Slider > Click on slider thumb to edit Slider > Go to “Slider Settings” from top tabs navigation.
Slider settings page has right sidebar with tabs. Click on “Layout & Visuals” and in this tab you can edit slider background color.

Hello, I just bought the theme but I have a problem. I istalled the demo and also all the recommended plugins . I can use now the WPBakery Page Builder, but I’m not satisfied with this. WPBakery Page Builder is drag and drop Visual Composer plugin ( https://goo.gl/MP25cJ ). WPBakery is their company name which is creating confusion to many people. They recently changed this plugin name so you have Visual Composer plugin.

We disabled similar options which are available with our shortcodes plugin. You can enable it by delete/edit below function in “visual-composer-options.php” file.

I am very sorry for late reply because I was on mini vacation so It was not possible to check code from my local server settings.
I just re-uploaded version 2.4.4 by editing hover heading edit feature.
You can edit hover box primary title color “Use custom font?” check box.
Open “Hover Box Settings” popup by click on edit icon.
Check “Use custom font?” option “Yes” checkbox.
You will see new tab called “Primary Title” between “General” and “Hover Block” tab. Go to “Primary Title” section and set ‘Text color” from color tool.
Similar way you can edit hover title from “Hover Block” section “Use custom font?” checkbox enable. “Hover Title” tab will display after checking “Use custom font?” and then you can use color tool from “Text Color” option.

I have installed Kids World. How can i change size of futured images that appear in my preview box event? i try to change by setup options but he don’t run…

You have to upload minimum 900px width images for events and blog posts to make compatible display with all devices ( ipad, smartphones ).
Height is flexible to any size and suggested height is 500px. If you want to keep similar look for all event posts then we suggest you to use all images with same sizes like in our demo site.
You can refer help file index ”#5. Images Width and Height” for more details about images width and heights for theme customization.

Thanks for getting back to me. I hope you enjoyed your mini vacation!
I have made the changes by using the custom font checkbox, but when I go to update and view the page it gives me a “http 500 error.”
When I click off the checkbox and keep the original settings, the page updates and shows fine.
Do you know what may be causing this?

I installed your template and everything worked fine, except the revolution slider on the main page. It´s 19px smaller than the sliders on the other pages. My sliders are 1250×500, they´re fine on every page, but on the main page, roundabout 19px are missing. It seems that theres a small border in front of it. Can you tell me how to fix it?

19px margin is necessary to align search/breadcrumbs bar middle align. You can use below custom css code to fix it. You can add it in customizer custom css or chid theme style.css

Theme update will not delete customizer settings, posts/pages content etc. because it is stored in database. It will only delete changes which you did in theme files (php/css/javascript). If you delete current theme and then upload latest version then all these settings (customizer,menus etc.) will be display as it is after activating latest version of theme.

We can’t give separate html version because its too complex to include layout structure with shortcodes.
You can try browser page > view source > copy paste
and then from theme folder you can copy and paste folders like assests, css, images, fonts.
