We need some assistance with your scrollable menu options. It looks like our site is loading with a 65px gap at the top of the site, therefore making the site think it has already been scrolled 65px and thus making only the “after scroll” options take effect on the menu. Please let me know what we can do to fix this.

I really like your Hook theme. But ever since it was activated, I cannot see all of my images in the media folder. I can see some of them and some are just a blank box. This also happens when I am adding images to the portfolio. I am using the Alternative Portfolio demo. I deactivated and activated plug-ins but it did not change anything. Any ideas on what this could be?

Hi Pirenko The portfolio on mobile showing the services in the wrong order for RTL. The left portfolio is first, and in RTL i need the right portfolio to be first.

Hello,

we use your Hook Theme for a customer page and now have issues while updating it. We always get an error with the Hook Framework update. It says that the package is empty. Because of security reasons, we cannot give you Server access. Is it possible to get a file package? We have bought and activiated a second theme license to try it instead but it gives the same error.

I am running Hook 2.4. Since the latest wordpress update, when I edit pages and save them it then defaults back to the previous version. Do I need to update the theme – I notice on the theme info page that the latest version was in November.

I have for now 2 problems

1. The slider text going down instead to the side. (Still have the default text, and its the same if i change the Wordpress to LTR). 2. The header menu goes from left to right instead of right to left (Wordpress installed with Hebrew RTL language).

I purchased your Fount theme a few years ago and loved it. I just purchased the Hook theme, uploaded it, downloaded the plug-ins and went live

1. When I look at my main page, its just a white screen 2. I cant find one click install anywhere.

I switched back to the Fount them until I can figure out what is happening.

We’ve been using your theme for over a year now, and this past week our public_html folder was deleted without a backup. Now we’re trying to get the site up-and-running again, but I’m having a great deal of trouble because it was all built in Visual Composer (I believe).

We had you do some minor tweaks to the site last year when we first implemented it, so I wanted to reach out to you again for support. Our site has been down for several days now, and we can’t seem to get the theme to cooperate. Please help!

I have a shop on my homepage. I would like to see the basket displayed in the menu bar to the left of the Burger Menu. At the moment I only see the shopping cart when I open the burger menu.

Hi – I just purchased Hook theme based on the demo which looks pretty cool – uploaded theme but none of the demo content is there – Im guessing there are other files which need to be imported to overwrite the generic word press material – is there instructions anywhere on how to do that? I am using Hook theme. I run Apache + wordpress with HTTPS. After enable Hook, brower(firefox) in address bar shows a message saying Connection is not secure. It is a Mixed Content warning. I checked the page source, only the hook theme file use http://... url which is the cause. How to resolve it?

Hi Pirenko. When I try to edit Slides in my new Hook Theme, unlike all the other pages, I can only edit in Visual and Text. There is no option to edit in WP Bakery Page Builder. Why is that – it makes it much harder to change the existing theme slide features? Heather
