I had a website made for our business couple of years ago. I didn’t know this but I have been told by our new developer that we are using Flatsome theme. Now we paid this old developer a lot of money two years ago for developing our website but have only been told by him now on asking for invoice that he actually never bought this theme and instead had a free version!! He hasn’t told us how he got this free version but he told us he never paid for it. This was two years, our website is broken in several places. I know this is no fault of yours, so we would like to buy the theme now by our account. But our new developer is saying that he would have to setup everything from scratch on this and he won’t be able to migrate the data over because the theme is more than a year old. Is this true or is there any migration tool that he could use because we really don’t want to lose our 2 years of data because of a unprofessional and unethical website developer? Please help!

Hi, I need an ecommerce template and yours seems very nice and full of functionalities. I have one very important question, I would like to know if we can specify a specific price per unit of product following the quantity ordered. I mean, if someone want to buy just 1 to 10, it will be a specific price per unit like 20$, 11 to 100 10$ will be another price per unit, and 101 to 500: 8$, etc, of course, does it include a shipping price calculator ?

I seem to have a conflict with a plugin called Participants database. The CSS styling is allowing content to break out of the page container. I have managed to bypass this temporarily by removing the css of “position: fixed !important;” from this line in the plugin

Hi, a couple of questions, please:

1 – Is it possible to limit the results in ajax search and adding a “see all” button if needed? I get an incredible long list of products. By the way YITH ajax search sucks, It does not find half of the products… I prefer Flatsome one.

2 – I have a custom js called from functions.php working perfect in product pages but it does not work in quick view popup. Any clues to fix that?

When making a new post, there’s the option of a “Video” format, but when I select video, there’s no place to put in a url. I tried to see how it was done with the demo, but even the demo’s video post doesn’t have a video. How do I create a video post? Am I missing something?
