Hello, even after updating and replacing the translation MO files both for Avada and WooCommerce, there are still some elements that remain in English, Menu Elements such as “%s Item(s)”, View Cart, Checkout, even though in both Avada and WooCommerce PO files, they are translated correctly. Is it content that is hard-coded? Or is it compulsory to buy a WPML or Polylang license to have everything translated? Thank you.

When I load a page, I can see the translated version for a millisecond, then the translated word is replace with the original English word. Is it coming from a JS file somewhere?

Nevermind, it was a cache thing. I don’t understand how some elements were cached and not others, but emptying the cache worked. Sorry about that.

I have updated to the new version and the button shortcode contained on every Portfolio item has gone away, showing the old shortcode as seen here: http://prntscr.com/haq5eb

Due to the volume of Portfolio items I do not want to update all manually. I need an automatized solution for this.

Please do not tell me to go to the support system because all my Avada support licenses have expired and I am wasting my time on updating every Avada customer I have because of your security issues on the older versions, I am now no able to login to your support system.

What we cannot do is provide support via the Themeforest comment section, it is not allowed. I cannot tell what version you updated from without checking and what could cause that, without checking. Since the update to Avada 5.2.3 there is not a single report of this exact kind, post update.

I also do not know what you are talking about in terms of having to update your customers due to security issues, there aren’t any in Avada 5.2.2 or 5.2.3 etc

I have tried to log into your support system but as my support has expired, I can not post my ticket.

I am upgrading from Avada 4 to the latest version, this is because your system had high security risks as we were informed by email. That is the only reason why I am now upgrading my customers.

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.

If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

I updated my site to the latest version of your theme and now the fusion builder doesn’t come up, and i’ve activated it through settings, please advise

There is no issue with the Fusion Builder in our latest version that is 5.2.3 however it depends on which version did you update from or if the update was carried forward properly, if you updated from a very older version that is older than 4.x please make sure you run the conversion again from Avada > System Status tab if it wasn’t run for you earlier however in order to get precise assistance on this we will suggest you to please open a support ticket with our team.

Both Revolution Slider and Layer Slider are bundled free with our themes and we included latest version for both in our latest update of Avada that is 5.2.3 so please update to that, however if another new version is released for any slider you will have to wait for our next update to get that or you can buy a separate license for both of them to update and get their premium features, you can read all about them below in doc posts.

Any way to unable “Title” or “Caption” and/or “Description”, “Alt Text” from media images to portfolio or gallery presentation. Sample/scenario: if Artist present Work and like to show Frame size and Work Name ‘sunflower’, ‘oil paint’. Well, the first thing to be clear on is that if the installation on the other domain is also an Avada theme you need to ensure that you have a license for it. According to Envato’s licensing terms and conditions you need a license per domain install of the theme -> http://bit.ly/2bdBDwp

In terms of exporting/importing pages & posts etc, that is standard WordPress functionality and you can do that using the correct option or 3rd party plugin -> https://d.pr/i/cD95MM

Dear Support We are very interested in a product you sell. Browsing into your Avada Theme webpage we have found the right one for our needs. Before starting the purchase process, we need to understand how many regular licenses we need to buy for our purposes.

We are developing a new website using WordPress technology, we will have 1 test platform server and 1 production platform server. The test platform needs two instances of WordPress with Avada theme to be installed and the production platform needs only one. With this overview could you please help us identifying the correct number of licences we need to get?

With the current setup you provided above since the other platform is only test platform one license should suffice for you in this case, however if you are planning to use Avada on 2 live sites you will require to purchase a separate license.

I installed this theme and everything worked fine until I suddenly got this error message: wp_remote_post() failed. Some theme features may not work. Please contact your hosting provider and make sure that https://envato.com/ is not blocked.

Is this issue with the theme or with my server? I did not see any block for envato.com on my server

I have a pre sale query.. Avada is a nice theme and have lot of positive reviews and yes one of the best selling theme, but what i have came to know that there are more complaints of its update errors after version 5.0 or something, than any other issue. currently I’m using Uncode theme and it works well with lots of plugins and complex website, but wanna try a new theme for new website. So all I want to know 1) Is it compatible with “ultimate member” plugin and its extensions, “woocommerce” and “bbpress”? 2) Why does it break after an update? is it due to too many plugins, wordpress version or what? Give feedback accordingly so that it will help me to make a right decision. :)

What errors after version 5.0? we have no issues with our update process at all and its really smooth, infact if anything it has become easier and hassle free with our newer versions :)

I just updated to the latest version but I am having serious issues. I did the update via FTP and completely deleted Avada 5.1.6 and then uploaded the new one.

1. my mobile menu doesn’t seem to function, I can only see the three bars but you can’t click on it. 2. The one section all the CSS loads okay and the next it doesn’t 3. Flipboxes doesn’t work at all on mobile 4. All of my accordians styling are gone even though I went back to my theme options and saved it again.

Looks like a broken update to me, I want you to please download a fresh copy of theme’s latest version from your themeforest.net account under download section and then extract the Avada.zip file, you will get an Avada folder then put that folder inside wp-content / themes folder by replacing / removing the older folder there.

Thank you for the reply. Our main issue is that the video does not load on Mobile. Our staging site however does load on Mobile. The staging site has yet to apply your latest patches. Is there an issue with the Fusion Slider?

Hi, love your theme and thinking of buying it for my physical therapy practice. I have the following questions:

- I love the lazy load feature on my current site (littlechampstherapy.com). The paragraphs (verbiage) shows up as you scroll through the page. I notice a similar look on demo “Home version 13” where the blogs and the picture have the lazy look. With your theme, can i apply the same lazy feature on the paragraphs or the body of the website?

- The demos showed parallax effect, but can it be done on the entire webpage. For example, I want to design something similar to webpage http://www.napacenter.org/programs/occupational-therapy/ The background has the company’s logo and you can scroll on the literature. Can I design a similar look with you theme?

- I like the “hover over image” functionality that is demod on “Home version 14”. Can I insert a link to a different page when a user clicks the image?

- I am not too clear on your return policy. If I cannot design the site to my satisfaction, what are the chances of getting refund?

That is due to the recent update of ECP that has broken the Fusion Options area, however we have released a patch for that already which you can apply from Avada > Fusion Patcher so please do that and your issue will be resolved, if not please open a support ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
