Doesnt Visual Composer and some of the other plugins slow down the site due to excess code? Can I use the theme without those plugins?

Well it depends how much content will be on your website. But on average it is perfect not really took load time.
In classified there are some plugins are required which you need to use other are recommended you want to use or not your choice.

Hello, I am looking at setting up a classified site just for auto vehicle sales and I have a few questions. 1) Does the type a few words box in search on home page actually search the ads for keywords or does it look at categories only? 2) The site will operate in just one area of the UK so no real need for location search in the search bar can this be disabled easily from admin? 3) I want one off sellers to be able to pay a fixed price for a 7 day ad is this possible? 4) I want dealers to be able to pay a monthly fee for either unlimited ads or a set number of ads is this possible? 5) Is there anyway that the premium ads can show in their relevant categories only? Example if someone places a premium ad for a van then it will only show the premium ad in the van category? 6) Although you have woocommerce is it still possible to use Paypal for one off ads and monthly subscriptions? 7) Is it possible to have ads auto posted to a facebook group controlled by admin? Search default location can be set from backend. 3. Yes our pricing plans are very strong which includes single listing plan and packages as well. 4. Didn’t understand your point. Is it mean to share you posts with social medias ?
Thanks. What I meant about Facebook was that there will be a group or page with the same name as the site and as each ad is added to the site I want it added on Facebook as well.
We haven’t tried any of the third party plugin for this. As it can be possible though with the plugins.

So if someone adds a featured listing for a vehicle in the category Van, then it will only show in the van search results. So targeted featured ads are delivered to people who are searching.
yes you can create category based pricing plan user will be able to post in that particular category only
Sorry you are not understanding me properly. Example. Seller creates a listing for a Van which is then in Van category. What I want to know is if this then a featured listing will it still only show when users are searching for vans? I don’t want a featured listing for a van showing when people search for cars or motorcycles. So to clarify will featured listings appear in the correct category that they are listed in?
obviously, listings will be shown in particular category whether its featured listing or not.

you can import listings with csv but not there may be some limitation for data. e.g locations and custom content fields

Hi! I’m thinking about buying your awesome looking theme for my next project. I just have few pre-sales questions:
1. Are the demo pages made with Visual Composer plugin? Some themes include the VC plugin but the demo pages aren’t actually made with Visual Composer so changing something is a big hassle.
2. I want to offer the possibility to submit listings for free. Can I do that so that people don’t have see the “price table” page (free package, normal package, best package)?
3. Can I remove fields and add new fields in the “My profile” easily via WP back end?
4. Can I remove fields and add fields in the “Submit listing” easily via WP back end?
5. Do you have .po file included in the theme so I can translate the theme easily?
6. Scrolling some of the demo pages with mouse seems to difficult. How to solve this?

2) yes you can offer free listings
3) no you can not add new fields to user profile page from back-end but you can disable some fields from user profile
4) yes you can add or remove custom content fileds on submit listing page
5) yes .po and .pot included
6) we are just updating demo site issue was created by ultimate addon smooth scroll which can be turn off from back-end

2) Extract downloaded package, and browse to classiadspro folder
3) in classiadspro you can find classiadspro.zip, this is the file you have to install on wordpress. Please follow the instuction in documentation or contact our support channnel. thank you

During some hours I can access to wp-admin but when I decided to eliminate the cookies all returned into the classiads login instead of wp-admin,
I’m also worried about understanding the clasiadds system, the listings are the products?
Users have their own public area? Where show their listings?
What if we want to make two different roles? the proffesional which has products to sell/rent and the customer that wants to add a classified?
For other people that want to know how is the difference between classiads and classiads pro in the package, both are in, so you can choose wich best fits in your project, the pro it’s better (in my oppinion)
