After the WP 4.9 installation I can not edit the Fusion Builder elements anymore and i can’t even edit contents or posts…i have the avada 5.2.2 release installed

We can 100% confirm that Avada 5.2.3 is compatible with the overnight WordPress 4.9 update. I will suggest that you clear your cache plugins and browser cache. If that does not help also deactivate all 3rd party plugins one by one to check

Hi I just updated to 5.2.3 from an old 4.0 backup that i kept from ages ago as my site was totally hacked to bits this week and fusion builder is not working. I have tried running the conversion twice and it says its worked but it hasn’t. My support has run out and I need help with this and your support site wont let me raise at ticket – please help!

It sounds as though the update was not performed correctly or completed. Because the update is being performed from a real old version of Avada, it needs to be done in steps to ensure it is updated seamlessly

Hello, i have updated wp to 4.9 and avada theme from 5.2.2 to 5.2.3 and fusion plugins but some parts of the theme options are crashed (showing only grey page and blue dots) do you have a fix for this?

The issue you mentioned and this appears to be due to a broken update, when you update your theme to another version and due to some issues such as server failure complete files are not transferred causing your theme to not work and website to crash. In order to overcome this situation we have an alternate method to update using FTP
I want you to please download a fresh copy of theme’s latest version from your themeforest.net account under download section and then extract the Avada.zip file, you will get an Avada folder then put that folder inside wp-content / themes folder by replacing / removing the older folder there.

Just updated to latest version from the previous version and when trying to create a pricing table in a tabbed column, the settings window pop ups but when you click insert or clear, nothing happens and the window stays on screen. Only way to make it go away is to refresh that page. Which brings you right back to the page editor with nothing changed and having to start over (which no changes are accepted)
UPDATE Actually, anytime you click Save, Insert or Cancel..something does happen. The background color toggles the color palette off and on…all buttons have this effect.

The update cause single even details, organizer, etc. to be offset and not the way it use to be, now in all browsers it is cutting off the map and details because all items seem to have shifted to the left

Hi,
I updated to the last Avada from 5.1.4 to last Version, and the Fusion Builder doesn’t work fine, the pages show different, all the elements are in the wrong place and not center, and without styles, the logo in header is moved, and the header color is not the right.
I had to recover an old version of Avada, But the oldest pages look fine, but now I can´t upload images, and the Fusion Builder don’t work fine.

I told with my Webserver and say me that all the limits memory, Suhosin, ... is OK and with the right numbers.

I updated mine from 5.2.2 to 5.2.3 yesterday. Having lots of issues with the Fusion builder. It adds extra div s around the fusion container, and gives me an error message about converting the codes, although, my website was built on Avada 5.2.2, and there should be no conversions. After each update on the page, I have to go and manually remove these extra div s from the code to be able to display my content correctly. Takes LOTS of time and frustration! Please help.

I am in the last stage of buying this theme as I think it is truly superior to all others. Found no other that would offer what you guys did. I have just a few questions, if they’re answered anywhere else I apologise and kindly ask to be directed to the answer.
- Is this truly a one time purchase and all updates, as well as major new releases of the theme, are included for life?
- Are there any subdomain limitations or having the same page just translated into a different language? I am talking about subdomains or translations in the context of the same page, as it’s nicer to navigate (gallery.domain.com, docs.domain.com, domain.com/en, domain.com/some-other-language etc.). Is this allowed or are there any limitations?
- Probably not relevant to the theme itself but still: is it compatible with MariaDB?
- I will be using this theme for our company so I would need the receipt to be issued to the company. Is there any special thing I need to do after the order or can this be done during the order?
- What does 6 months of support from ThemeFusion actually include? I read the listing and am wondering what happens after this period expires (especially with “Get assistance with reported bugs and issues”)?

If those subdomains have different content in them you will require to own a separate license for each of them, Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

A pre-order question. I have some products which I am selling on 4 different sites like amazon. I am making a site where I just want to showcase my products and on my site and on product page I don’t want “add to cart” but instead, I want to show them “where to buy” . And onces they click Where to Buy they get the logos of those 4 websites. And then its up to user from where he/she can buy that product.
I just need to know that is this functionality can be possible while using Avada?

Are you guys planning on renewing your Vimeo code? Seems like you are using an old way to call & load Vimeo videos.
This old loading process is generating errors (you can check on your own Avada demo: TypeError: d[f] is undefined ) and preventing some API functionalities to run.
I’m using your theme and bump into this issue. Even if I’m quite satisfied with Avada, using a +1 year old code for Vimeo is kind of a pitty.

And as I said, the new js calls generate error (try the .on(‘timeupdate’) or .on(‘ended’).
