I am sorry if this is not your website but it is the link for the template I bought through Themeforest. The link onb the purchase and download files shows trhe same advert, which is https://themeforest.net/item/lovus-wedding-planner-wordpress-theme/20804692 You can check it yourself it says the package includes Revolutionm Slider woth $25 and Visual $34. I do not expect. Unfortunately there is no usable or accessable function of ether plugins. The template is just designed with the above plugins to be used “AS IS” and that is what you should say in your marketing documents

I know it is simple. It is so simple it has only very limited functions. I bought the template because of a wrong and misleading promotion you put at the Themforest site. Your description of the features of your product states that the product includes premium Plugins of Revolution slider worth $25 and Visual Composer worth $34. I have attached an image from your advert below to that effect.

Unfortunately, of the 1000s of Visual composer functions and elements it has only 12 shortcodes. The slider has only one option accessed through one shortcode. You can only use it for the only one purpose you have on the template. You are so insecure that your googlboogle coding doesn’t allow the user to add other visual basic shortcodes (not third party)

Your advert should have read “The template was created using visual composer and Revolution slider but you will not have access to any functions of these two plugging other that what is added to the template.” I feel cheated and lied to.

in addition to my previouse note, I am gettinga message that says that “there are 4 errors which must be corrected” in the copyright box

I bought this template in good faith but I can remove your copyright notice. I want to use it for my own business purposes and don’t see why I need to promote your business instead than mine. Please send instructions on how to remove the footer copyright notice.
