Wow your header builder outputs about 600 lines of JavaScript and other codes the source of the page. How is this even a good practice?
It is pushing the content so much down that is not SEO friendly. With no content and just a header and logo I get about 1170 lines of code.
I thought you guys said this is the only Theme you need. Its seems like that it needs lots of work done and it is not optimized.

Question: Why do you load a Pinterest JS file even though no Pinterest ID/account has been defined? That’s unnecessary and reduces speed. Apart fro that, Google Pagespeed complains about the browser caching of those JS files, because it’s way too short.

Yes, you can see it on my site in the top image (with the book) underneath the menu). it has a left and right margin/spacing. In the source code this has been set to “full-width”, and has been displayed correctly in 5.9.7. but from 6.01 onwards (6.00 was a total mess!) it’s not shown as or in full-width.
I trust SenSmarketing has already submitted a ticket, and you guys received sufficient complaints/tickets already in order to investigate and fix.

Please check your codebase .Something in your CSS files points to
/jupiter/images/selectbox-arrow.png
instead of
/jupiter/assets/images/selectbox-arrow.png
Any browser inspector will reveal that.

There has been a bug report ticket for this: #67427 Nothing happened because ”# Since your Support Subscription is Expired, please renew your license to continue getting support.” It’s a bug, though, not a support request. And no, you cannot see it on my site because I wrote: “so as a workaround I created the folder (jupiter/images/) and placed the image file in it, but that’s obviously no solution.”
Get your devs to check the code base where the file is referenced incorrectly in your CSS files, probably through a ../../ instead of a ../../../ (or vice versa).

You may want to check the assets/stylesheet/min folder’s full-styles.css and core-styles.css, because there it’s referenced like this:

Updated to 6 (from 5.9) and the only thing that doesn’t work anymore is the 100% page width. We’ve tried everything (cache, removing our CSS, saving theme options,updating VC)

Yeah, we can’t do that. We’ve noticed we aren’t the only ones with that problem. We aren’t in a hurry but if we can know when it’s solved, that would be great.
Just need to open a ticket and set it as a Bug Report, we will take a look to see what happened first before suggesting further, we find out some cases caused by the user configuration itself, not from the theme.

HI I’ve updated to WP 4.9 and have reinstalled Visual Composer. Saving and many of the basic VC functions are working now but custom backgrounds don’t. I keep getting this video of a cityscape whenever I try to use my own backgrounds. Also the 100% page width does not appear to be working either.
I have tried sending tickets via the support tab but your stylesheets don’t seem t0o be working and the page is very difficult to navigate.

The background video issue means you’re using the Original Visual Composer plugin rather than the Modified one included in the Jupiter theme.
Please go to the Plugin manager > Delete the plugin > And go to the Jupiter > Control Panel > Required Plugins > Install it again.

No success. The issue is still present.
1. We have updated the theme to 6.0.1
2. Deleted and re-instalelled Visual Composer to 5.4.4
3. All mk_page_section sections are boxed. From the other side all rows are okay and full-width.
P.S. The downgrade/download option on Jupiter Control Panel is not working. Once clicked is says: “The theme is at the latest version.” The download button just reloads a page and shows nothing.

Hello, after update to 6.1 i can do nothing in the backend. When i click on any link (posts, settings, pages, etc..) i go redirected to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=Jupiter

It’s a known caching issue. You can fix it by clearing your browser local storage by hitting F12 (Or open Developer Tools) on your backend page and navigate to Application tab and choose the local storage and hit the remove button.

WP bakery/ Visual composer indicates there should be an option for space between columns. Was that option stripped out of your version of VC? If not, where does someone adjust the distance between columns. For example 3 equal width columns with a space of 20px in between the columns.
