I am trying to make some tests on my online shop, but when I get to the checkout page the Order box on the right is faded out and I can’t choose the shipping method or the payment method.
I fill all the data on the left form (email, direction, etc) but the order box remains fade out.

I have many problems with the theme. In the theme options / Header the presets does not function. Header sticky and header main with sliders have some problems, I can’t resize correctly the logo of header main bar and sticky header. I have already write to the support but nothing changed, i try to disable all plugins and reinstall flatsome theme but nothing changed. (I use child theme). Can I have direct support for this?

These are fixed in version 3.4.2 of Flatsome

No, I deleted all custom CSS and no difference. It works okay on some uploads such as the vouchers: http://skiracing.co.uk/shop/ski-racing-gift-vouchers/gift-voucher-200/ but doesn’t work on other pages such as this one: http://skiracing.co.uk/shop/gloves/reusch-signature-series/reusch-pro-signature-series-lara-gut-mitten/
The only difference I can spot in the inspector on the broken one, the following is missing:
