I really need your help with photo backgrounds on banners…
I have read all the documentation, searched the web and saw multiple customers here having the same “problem”.
- Every photo i use as a background in a banner is always zoomed, cropped, and pixelated.
I have tried various size including perfect ones at the container dimension (1236500), some largers (1600600) or even bigger… it’s always the same problem ! The image does not display in its original size to fit the banner. It’s always kind of zoomed and cropped 
- I also tried different Dpi resolution (72, 150, 300 pp) and nothing changed.
- Looking at your demo site, we can clearly see that you have the same problem on your banner slider, image is poor quality, pixelated, zoomed, etc… See here: http://flatsome3.uxthemes.com/demos/shop-demos/classic-shop/
Can you please explain why is it behaving this way ? How can we have an image correctly filling the banner background ?

I’m trying to remove the payment icons, I’m running Flatsome 3.4.1. If I go into the Footer editor and look under Absolute Footer (which is where the icons are), there’s nothing there to remove them. WP 4.8.2 and WC 3.2.4.

Hi, Videos tutorial on http://docs.uxthemes.com/article/184-getting-started-with-flatsome-3-0 shows theme has got the Header Builder at bottom when we click Theme options-> Header, but After install and reinstall, I can’t see any header builder at all. Even worst… All the preset headers are inactive, blured and unable to click and select.

How to set the link without website domain for a button link? Say my website is www.test.com, Iand have pages: products_list and product_1, in page “products_list” have a button, when click that page, I want to the browser open page “product_1”, in your theme, I’ve tried put the link of button as “product_1” and ”./product_1”, both not works, the browser only open “product1” without www.test.com/; If I put whole URL: www.test.com/product_1 then it works. Does here has anyway that don’t need to enter the website domain ? Can I just need to set the link pah only ? How ?

You will need to grab the page id https://www.ostraining.com/blog/wordpress/how-to-find-the-page-id-in-wordpress/ to make the CSS page specific. You can add the CSS to Theme Options > Style > Custom CSS

Hi team It seems that the plug in “WooCommerce Additional Variation Images” doesn’t work on this theme … I have seen different comments about this problem.. How can I fix it? or there is a plugin for gallery variations compatible with Flatsome?
I’m very very worried about the fact that the compatibility with any kind of Variation Gallery Plugin (not only “Additional Variation Images”, is asked for years, but nothing is changed (and the bug still persist).
In a e-commerce, having a gallery for each variation is basilar. And Woocommerce is based to addons and plugins. So a theme that is not compatible with a basilar features (such as a simple gallery in the variation), is a big problem.
I have build an entire website (changing the theme and showing it to my client… and Now i discover that a simply thing like a variation gallery DOESN’T WORK????
I have opened a ticket for this that is obviously a BUG, not a custom request. And I hope that you have found a solution (also an hard coded solution) in order that all my work is not lost.
I want to believe that you have a solution NOW for a simple problem like this.

Exaclty when? The tread is opened from march 2017… more than a month ago a short reply that announce “we are working on it” (when the problem is mentioned more than a years ago)
The 3.4.1 realased announce the problem solved… but is not true…
That is NOT a bug that can be ignored for all this time!!! I have spent months to work to a Theme that is not compatible with a feature simple like this!
Please tell me exactly when you have planned to fix it!

Seems you do not have a menu element in Theme Options > Header > Header Mobile Menu > Menu Elements
This is not mobile version, I’m not able to click in the theme options or elements.

I want to activate it but I have some doubts, 1 copy of theme for 1 domain. I use wordpress multisite. My websites locate on a subdomains like “siteA.siteset.com”, but I will use domain mapping plugin to mark “siteA.siteset.com”—> “siterealname.com”
So, how I must activate theme to connect my copy for “siterealname.com”? I should first use domain mapping plugin or which way I must do it?

You can change the order of the categories in the shop page in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Default product sorting
