BTW: If you could take this as feature request, could you try to develop a way to add this type of effects direct to CSS without touching original image? So we (users) could just upload regular images and the theme take care of adding this cool effect. If possible, make it available to us to select and customize the effect, like color grading and oppacity…

- The gradients added to those images were done in Photoshop by our design team and there is unfortunately no Photoshop presets for those. In Photoshop just add a gradient overlay left to right; Right being 100% transparent and left being semi transparent with dark gray

Hi, I recently switched to GoDaddy’s MS IIS environment and I am having trouble installing the plugins, i keep getting the following error:
Internal Server ErrorThe server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.Is this a known error to you?
Also, the zip file would not upload automatically with an import export css file that could not be copied so i uploaded manually. Just FYI

A 500 Internal Server error is 100% server related and it means one of two things. AN exception errors being thrown or the servers PHP configuration limits need to be adjusted.

Tabs are not working in the Fusion Builder 1.2.2 – Clicking save or cancel just toggles the background colour picker box. Getting JS error: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘addClass’ of undefined

This must be due to the older version of theme and builder being used with latest WP version so please update your site to our latest version of theme that is 5.3.0 and check with your issue again after clearing the cache.

Hello, I have a big problem since the last update (Avada 5.3 and Wordpress 4.9) I can’t assign internals links for almost every fusion builder elements (button, content box, image, etc..). When I click on “select link”, choose my link and validate, nothing happens, everything is blocked and I have to reload the page… Can you help me please ? Thanks

Dear friends
after updating the theme to the new version, we experience one problem. On a page where we show the images in the rows, there used to be fur images, in each row. Now, in two of those rows, the fourth images in below, alone in a row below there is one row that still has four images. We really need to have four images in a row, instead of three.
on the dashboard, it shows that there are four images in a row in container. but the website shows three, and one below 4×1/4

I love your template and use it on few websites. I’m also a WordPress’s teacher, and I always advice Avada to my clients/students.
Since one of your last updates, there is a problem on the typo size on menu: if we change the size, it changes the line height. So it’s impossible to control the menu size. And it’s a big problem! Can you fix it shortly please? It will help me to fix few website using your template, and I’m sure I’m not the only one to have this problem.

I can assure you that there is no such issue with our latest version, however you need to make sure that you set a proper unit along with the font size, for example if you see my screenshot here you see how i have added the unit “px” there with the menu => http://prntscr.com/hema7p
Do that and you should be good to go

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Hi,
I purchased Avada earlier, based on the answers given to an extensive list of pre-sales questions I posed over recent days.
While installing it on a staging sub-domain for my client it occurred to me to ask a registration related question – so I raised an Item Support request via your form which asked me to present a wide range of information and detail my inquiry.
The ticket was accepted, no error was reported but I cant see my ticket in the list of tickets on my account. It says ‘No support requests found.’ ( and no email was received confirming receipt of my ticket either ).
Can you explain how the support system is meant to work ? I’m loath to repeatedly raise tickets specifying the same information .. in case the earlier ticket is there .. just waiting on some moderation queue perhaps.
ok, I resubmitted my ticket and this time i got a confirmatory email and its appearing in the ticket list online. Hopefully it will stick this time.

Prior to this, the modal pop-up option worked well.
Now when I click on the button, the pop-up window appears but … it returns me to the top of the page.

Considering purchase. Answer these questions regarding Fusion Builder and the future of Avada, please. I’d love to support it’s future if I like where it’s heading.
Will Avada v6 also herald the 1st standalone (no theme required) version of Fusion Builder?
Will the use of shortcodes continue to be the primary way pages are built? I actually happen to like them in case you’re wondering despite many believing they’re the root of all WP Evil. LOL.
Will there continue to be a backend builder option? I prefer this over working in the frontend. Hopefully you’ll either only offer backend or both rather than scrap the backend for a frontend only concept.
Will the builder continue to be limited to just the content areas? What is meant by is will it be possible to design header, footer, 404, search, archives, etc?
How long before I can use themes like GeneratePress or StoreFront with Fusion Builder instead?
Gutenberg is currently incompatible and completely disables Fusion Builder for the post types that both are enabled for. I have been able to verify this on a site owned by someone who has a license and has upgraded to the latest version.
How do you plan to deal with / correct this? Thankfully it’s just a optional, harmless and easily deactivated plugin right now but that won’t always be the case.

We will be happy to answer your queries.
1. The Fusion Builder and our new upcoming Front End builder both will be released as a stand alone plugin in future for sure, however the time frame or ETA of when it will be done is not yet decided as it requires some good amount of time to make sure both of them work as intended, our development team however is already working on this.
2. Without a doubt yes, you should still be able to use our shortcodes in the text format using Fusion Shortcode generator like you do right now, they are required sometimes when you need to put elements / shortcodes inside text elements.
3. I am not 100% sure about this yet but i will confirm if back end builder will still remain there along with front end builder.
4. Whatever is done via Theme Options will still require you to use Theme Options as the builder is only for content area, header and footer does require you to use theme options to set them up so that will remain the same.
5. No ETA yet can be released for the release of Fusion Builder as a stand alone plugin but its in finishing stages i believe, however we have not been given any ETA as of yet.
6. We have not yet tested that particular plugin with our theme so can not yet provide you with anything, i can not find any git item regarding this in our development branches as well right now, but we are always open to ideas and suggestion so please do not hesitate to send yours to support@theme-fusion.com if you are one of our customers in future

You can use Gravity Form for this purpose as we have compatibility with that plugin, however that particular plugin you mentioned is not officially tested with our theme so we will suggest you to talk to the plugin authors about this please and ask them about the compatibility.

Couple of issues / bugs:
1. Whatever I do I can’t make my sidebar ‘sticky’
2. Header V6 doesn’t perform well when ‘sticky’ header activated (menu obscured)

1. Sticky Sidebar works in a very different way if the content is too large for the sidebar to become sticky, it has to show the complete content so it will scroll a bit for you.
