Hello – I am thinking of purchasing this theme and I am looking to integrate a customer area / product dashboard / CRM in the future.
One of your replies to an eCommerce question surrounding customer logins mentioned using MemberMouse as a product to manage this.
My question is; Would installing MemberMouse mean replacing all products that are managed in the theme by WooCommerce?
Would I need to de-activate WooCommerce first and if I used MemberMouse, can I customise the MemberMouse pages using the theme CSS?
Is there anything else I’d need to know first before going down the MemberMouse route?

Where did you read specifically about the member mouse plugin in this case? We have not yet tested this specific plugin with our theme actually so i am not sure about that but i will suggest getting in touch with the plugin author about this once please and ask them more about this plugin compatibility with our theme.

The Membermouse plugin has it’s own eCommerce functionality, there are however integration options available for Woo + Membermouse, all dependent on what you need to achieve. The Membermouse plugin is niche built as a membership management tool, with sales/purchasing options for members. So it will be a case of deactivating the Woo plugin in gave of using the Membermouse plugin
In terms of the Membermouse plugin, right now there is no design integration for this plugin with Avada as is the case with the Woocommerce plugin and Avada.

As you’re aware, I have now purchased the theme and am very happy it.
Yes, I realised after I sent my DropBox link that I had included my tokens (these were added after I sent the link) so I quickly moved them to another area whilst I was out but thank you for picking up on that as well & for deleting the post – greatly appreciated.
I may not end up using MemberMouse but will jump that hurdle if/when I need to.

I regret this purchase now because it doesn’t work. Even though the support manually installed only 2 plugins which leaves all the demos useless without the other two sliders. I can’t use this kit. What happens when support runs out? You either pay again or your left with a broken product.
Note: the demos do not work either, you are left with the only option of wiping out your whole website each time you want to look at a demo. Such a waste.
Whats the deal with this broken stuff ?

None of those steps in the video links work for me. I am unable to follow them past being fully registered and perfect status.
I get Error: Demo server couldn’t be reached. Please check for wp_remote_get on the System Status page.
I have no problem with other themes or plugins. It is only these. I get this trying to install Avada plugins.
Avada Plugin Error: Something went wrong with the plugin API.
I understand how from your point of view it must be something I am doing but from my point of view I have not had nor has this problem happened with any other plugin or theme I have used/using. So from this angle not being able to replicate this problem with any other theme or plugin besides Avada you can see where I am coming from. Days of frustration are in my words. I thought this was going to be easy…..its been anything but.

Let it be known, when you purchase Avada, you really do get amazing support.
I came off sounding extremely frustrated and unjustly so since I totally expected the same kind of dismal “online support” that has become the norm lately.
However, ThemeFusion really go all out to support their product with a passion I forgot still existed. I have no regrets regarding my purchase of Avada, I regret not giving them the time they needed to resolve without ranting online.
Let’s get one thing right, When I say ThemeFusion support is world class, I really mean it. Shocking good.
Turns out my host was allowing others but blocking 1 particular api call that caused the issue. All my fault, all at my end.
Avada is a world class product supported by a world class team.
39$ is a steal. You will only regret not picking it up if you wait.

Your changelog shows the last update to 5.3 on 20 nov, but here on envato it says the theme was updated on 24 nov. What changes were made? The file still says 5.3.

No changes were made at all and the 5.3 is still our latest version, if you have updated to 5.3 no matter when you should be good to go, for any other required fix we always either released a minor update that is not released yet such as 5.3.1 or we release patches which you can apply from Avada > Fusion Patcher area

I’m planning to purchase Avada but I have one question first. I want to have a video player popup that greys out the background. Just the player without other elements. I’ve looked at the lightbox & modal popups but I don’t see the format I’m looking for. It definitely looks like a lightbox element to me and you can change the skin of our lightbox elements from Avada > Theme Options > Lightbox Section

There should be no plugin or coding required for this at all, you can select any scheme you want from that dropdown selector.

Ammar – Thanks for the quick reply. I think you may have misunderstood my question. I’m looking for the video player that pops up when you click on the image on the Web page I noted above ( https://html5box.com/html5lightbox/ . . . first row of examples, click on third image), rather than the image gallery that is on the page.
The video player pops up, the web page is still visible with a grey mask over it.
Can you link me to an Avada example of a video player popup that has similar formatting?

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

2) Does your theme have table shortcode ?. Currently I am using TinyMCE Editor plugin for creating tables.

1. Yes we are compatible with Yoast SEO plugin however we have not officially tested the wp-rocket with our theme and some users did have issues with the CSS animations not working due to wp-rocket script so you need to check that our or use any other optimisation plugin.

3. This is a very basic layout and is definitely possible using Fusion Builder.
4. Other than the filters this is definitely doable, you can check this out here in our medium layout or medium alternate layout

5. You can use our default code fields panel inside Avada > Theme Options > Advanced > Code Fields tab and put your AdSense code there, or you can always use 3rd party plugins if required.

There’s a big error on woocommerce when using mobile devices – Checkout not working, I get this error: Could not find payment information. (live and test mode, using Stripe) I contacted my webhost support, and they said it was the “checkout-code” on mobile devices that is causing this error. So how can I fix this please? Thanks.

We have no reported issues with WooCommerce at all actually so this must be something related to your setup, please however make sure that you are on the latest version of Avada as well as WooCommerce plugin and if the issue persist please do open a support ticket with our team so we can check this out, also please try and check the same issue on a default WordPress theme such as 2017 and 2016 as well first.

Im getting an issue in the themes admin panel.
Seems to be coming from the colour picker as its only pages with the colour picker on
Ive now upgraded to v5.3 and applied the theme patches but its still the same, all other plugins disabled as well

Hey guys I can’t submit a support ticket so I’ll post an issue I found here, hope your team can take a look at it?
When using the countdown element, I noticed Firefox is not displaying the global set font for both heading and sub-heading.
I even compared your demo page with Chrome and Firefox, it it does the same…Chrome displays the correct font while Firefox shows as a different font.
Any ideas on this problem would be so helpful, thanks in advance.
