I’ve bought a template soho and the results are good. But there are tools that do not work well. When I enable the “Responsibility” feature by changing it to “Yes”, for other pages, the feature runs as it should, but is different from the “landing page” page. The “responsibility” feature simply does not work. But instead, if I do not activate the “responsibility” feature by converting it to “No”, the landing page page becomes “responsibility” but the other page becomes not “responsibility”. Please help fix it on my website.

1. The Gallery provides functionality to display only images. There are no options to display text. If you want to have images with text please use Portfolio layout https://wplive.site/wp/md/soho/portfolio-grid/ 2. The Galleries don’t have the filtering system. It’s also available for Portfolio section only.

Hi, I’d like a refund, as the SOHO template doesn’t suit my portfolio. It lacks simplicity and ease and it keeps having bugs. I deleted the cache and the cache plugins and it has now deleted my logo and the template is all over the place. The documentation lacks information and you constantly have to contact the author and check the forum for support. Ever since I installed Soho, I keep having issues, it’s not what I expected for a template. Please let me know how to contact you for the refund procedure. Thank you in advance.
I’m not sure about the issues that you are having but you claim that you have them and ignore to provide your site credentials in order to get assistance. The theme is not buggy and works like it should. If you could be more specific +provide wp-admin would check what’s wrong on your end. It’s impossible to disable cache plugin which leads to the logo removal.

Also a question, are I am able to add after the full screen slider some additional content?

Simon! Thanks for your interest in our theme. Its a built-in fullscreen template which allows you to add images/videos, text and description to the items. You can’t add the content after it.

The Soho theme says the GT3 Page Builder plug-in is installed automatically. But I don’t see the Page Builder Modules anywhere. I also don’t see the “Portfolio” section in the standard WordPress options. I’m switching from one theme to another so I was sold on the fact that the GT3 Page Builder would make it easy to re-set the site quickly. How do I get access to these Page Builder Modules?

I have been reading the documentation. I’ll look again. This them and the GT3 page builder are not exactly how things were described in the sales pitch.
Your video tutorial shows importing the sample data, I’m assuming this is where the Portfolio and Teams sections get added in the main WordPress menus. Does this overwrite everything on my site? I’m changing themes and don’t want to lose all the text. The images I’m replacing.
It won’t replace it will add new content after import.

I have a couple hundred Posts already in my blog. Is there no way to convert those over to the new theme? Do I have to copy and post every blog into a New Post?
If it’s a standard Wordpress post, there is no need to do that.
No, they were built with the Enfold them so all the posts are coming up with their formatting showing. I’ll have to rebuild them all I guess. But now I’m trying to create Portfolio posts and every new Portfolio post I create is coming up ‘Ooops, Page Not Found.” They have the permalinks, but I can’t access the pages when I click “View Post.” The portfolio Featured Images are showing up correctly where I have the portfolios set. But when you click any link, they all come up “Page Not Found.”

What I’m finding is that your video tutorials and your written instructions don’t match up. In the written instructions you say a Portfolio Page is a single item that’s added to another page later to create a portfolio. In your video tutorial you show a Portfolio page as actually being the portfolio with all the images selected under a certain category. I’m honestly confused as to what I’m supposed to do. I’ve built about a dozen sites with multiple themes and yours is the most confusing so far to get started with. Sorry, the documentation is just not clear at all.

Hi, I am really considering purchasing this theme, love the responsiveness. I have a problem though, using the live demo, on the “Masonry” gallery with Chrome (Version 63.0.3239.59 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)) The images do not fill the full-width of the window: they align left leaving a white column on the right. Cursory fix as a user is zooming out to 90% in my browser. Love the theme, but I’m obviously hesitant to purchase a $65 theme without first addressing this concern. I can email screenshots for troubleshooting. Thanks so much.
(EDIT) Also faced same issue running the demo Incognito (no extensions). Not sure what the problem could be.

Hey This is a pre sales question, if I buy the theme can i customise the templates, for example for my home page i would like the slider at the top (Gallery Kenburns) and then the blog to run below that (Fullscreen Blog) , basically i would like to mix and match the templates to make one template or page, can this be done or do you have to customise the theme? love the template just not sure i can get the same effect using the page builders that are built in, thanks
Hello! Unfortunately, the slider template doesn’t support blog or any other gt3 modules. You can display only the slider on pages, the same as at our demo. You have to customize the layouts to make the features that are required in your case.

This might be a silly question, but how do I add my own images to the template?I don’t mean uploading in general, but I mean actually having my own content visible where I want it to be visible? I feel like Im missing a step. This is what I have done so far: I have downloaded all of the demo content, I go to pages, select on the right under template ‘landing’ (in the case of changing the image for the landing page), and then what? . There is no option visible (for a newbie like me at least) where I can connect my own image to this landing page. Therefore the demo content keeps popping up on my landing page. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance!

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I have read the documentation, but I don’t think my answer is in there. I believe it is a simple step. I just want the landing page to show my own picture instead of the people on the street. But on the page itself there is no option anywhere to insert my own picture. I have been reading and google-ing and trying since yesterday.. what am I missing? ps: I don’t have a gt3themes account; don’t know what that is. Thanks in advance.
