You can migrate to Impreza and adjust your header easily using the Header Builder visual editor.

imported demo doesnt include images like in the live demo !! why ?
i installed the theme and activated it in my local testing wamp , i imported also the creative demo but it doesnt include same images like in the live creative demo i will attatch a screen shot of what iam seeing.

The images, used on Impreza demo sites, are for demonstration purposes only and are not included in the download file. Usually, no one uses demo images on their real sites, though you can purchase them separately here if needed.

Hi, i bought the Theme about one year ago. My Support ended some which is no problem. But maybe I did not understand but also i cant use the Visual Composer or the Headerbuilder anymore. I tried to find a way to contact you but because my support has ended and I am not going to buy another support for 40$ just to ask one question i try it here. So my Question is: Is that normal? I dont need any “support” i just want to use the product i bought, does this mean i have to buy another licens to use VisualComposer and Headerbuilder? Because basicaly I dont have anyway to change my website other than coding it my self right now.

Would love to see more variety in the blog post options, such as BW hover effects or something along the lines of the portfolio. I have purchased dozens of copies of this theme and it’s great, but I am finding that when it comes to blog/portfolio options, I’m considering looking elsewhere for more creative options. Would love to keep using Impreza for blog heavy layouts though!

I know that the most current blog layouts are outdated. We plan to greatly improve blog layouts in one of the next Impreza releases. Maybe we’ll add support of Grid Builder, or create a own.

Hello, there is a bug your my-account page. If you type in a Username and password there is no error message for a wrong login. Hey dear support, I’d like to know if it’s possible to change the themes name for customers websites. And how to do it the RIGHT WAY, because I can change the theme folder and style.css from the main theme – but 1. there are still references to impreza in the source code of the website and 2. I can’t use child theme after that. I tried it in different ways: just rename the child theme folder… also rename the theme name in style.css from Impreza Child – to XXXXX Child / just rename theme name in the style.css. but it’s not working – wordpress won’t let me upload and install the child theme it says the main theme is missing.
Is it even possible with Impreza or do you guys not allow this?
Would be great to receive an answer or quick step tutorial how to do it.

Please note that non-standard theme modifications aren’t covered by our support scope. But we didn’t limit this feature, so you can rename Impreza, just note that you won’t be able to update the theme automatically and you should apply your changes after every update. Once renamed theme folder and theme name is style.css, jump to Theme Options > Advanced, switch Optimize CSS size and click on Save Changes to regenerate CSS code.

Thank you, that helped with “optimize css to regenerate css” – that was the trick. didn’t no this was necessary to rename the theme (or to be able using the child theme without getting “can’t activate, couldn’t find the main theme installed”-error. thank you!
Hi. I updated to the latest version. Now it is not possible to do any changes via visual composer anymore in the latest version of Firefox. Using Chrome all works fine.. Could you try that on your own?

It’s a known bug, and it was already fixed. As I can see, you are using an outdated version of Impreza, please update the theme to the latest version 4.9.1 (read how to do it easily). Then update all plugins to their latest versions. Don’t forget to make a backup before updating.

Connect to your server via FTP client, go to wp-content/themes folder and rename Impreza folder (to something like _Imprza), log into WordPress and make sure you updated WordPress to its latest version, then deactivate 3d party plugins and rename the folder back to Impreza. Also, make sure that your server meets these minimum requirements.

Hi can i just please check if this theme should work with the latest wordpress version of 4.9.1? (your spec says 4.8x) We have just updated theme and WP version and somethings are not working/missing (header completely gone, unable to connect footer in settings). Just so we can tell what we should do, ie either revert back to the older WP version or buy your support again. cheers.

Hey there time for helping me again – I’d like to use your “portfolio demo” template with the left aligned menu. that’s perfectly nice. I want this menu only for desktop devices, but for mobile and tablet devices I want I regular sandwich menu button which opens a fullscreen menu popup. Is this possible with your theme?

WPBakery Page Builder doesn’t allow parent type element to work inside another parent type element. Please make sure that you didn’t try to put Tabs into Inner Rows or Columns. If it won’t help, provide us an URL so we could check that.

Sorry, dropdown alignment is only available for mobile layouts. But I created next code snippet that should resolve your issue, append it to Theme Options > Custom Code > Custom CSS:

we have 1 question… it is possible to activate in a woocommerce shop the featured image of a product category as the title bar background image in each category? We can create different pages, but if we want to do it autommatically we cant, we only can put a featured image for all the shop and product page.

Unfortunately, Impreza itself has no registration form, though you can use WordPress built-in form, you can customize it using some 3d party plugins. Usually, there are plugins almost for everything. We recommend to check all theme features yourself on this test drive server.

Unfortunately, it’s a known bug. Go to Theme Options > Advanced and turn off Open Graph meta tags there. We’ll provide a fix in the next update.
